My favorite pizza of all time, waterfront combo makes my mouth water! Much better than pizzas in Italy. The service is always friendly and good and it is in a quaint old building with upstairs seating. Best in the west!
One of the best pizzas I've eaten. We used to live on Whidbey and would catch the ferry to PT just to go to Waterfront Pizza. Sweet peppers and Cajun sausage was a killer.
Every time I come to the area I make a ferry trip to shop and share a waterfront combo. Sit upstairs for a bunch of outdated trivia card fun!
Waterfront Pizza is the nirvana of all pizza restaurants. From a block away, you can smell the sourdough pizzas cooking and leading you to their doors. You can buy a slice downstairs and walk the town while enjoying or get a table upstairs and share a couple pies with your friends. The restaurant doesn't look like a 5-star location but when you bite into its homemade artisan pizzas you feel like a million bucks.

Traveling with a friend, and we stopped in for lunch on recommendation of the salesman at a store down the street. We both ordered the garden salad, and it came loaded/overflowing with the freshest veggies I've had ever in a restaurant. It was so good! And then we ordered a "large" foccotia, for under $7 thinking it would be the right size to share, and it came out the size of their large pizza! Oh, it was so very good!!! Returning in a week, because I can't stay away!
Mouth watering!. Best pizza you will ever eat! My family will travel an hour and a half just to eat here every couple weeks! very very recommended that you go here! You don't know good pizza until you go here!
I don't eat a lot of pizza, but my boyfriend does. Like once a week. I really really like it, but for weight reasons I don't eat it. If you're getting pizza in town, you must get it from Waterfront. The staff knows their pizza. It's a little pricey but I'd consider it "gourmet". If I could, I would eat their pizza much more. We love the pepperoni with linquisa sausage. YUM. I recommend picking it up though. It usually only takes 20 minutes vs 45-60 for delivery.
Keep it crisp and simple. If you like a lot of toppings on your pizza, Waterfront is very tasty. When I'm out running errands, get hungry and need a quick meal, I pop in for a slice and it is always good.
For a whole pizza to go, I like a thin, crisp crust with not more than one or two toppings to keep it crisp. Be sure to specify that you want it prepared that way. They do a great job with seasoning. I crave their pizzas when I have to be out of town for a long time.
This pizza is delicious! I live in the area and travel through Pt. Townsend occasionally for work. Waterfront Pizza is always a must! Delicious! Seating for pickup orders is very limited though - you may have to eat somewhere outside the restaurant. More seating is available upstairs for those who order and eat at the restaurant.
My eyes were bigger than my stomach! I had no idea what I was getting so I ordered 2 vegetarian pieces and they were not just massive but delicious as well! On a nicer day than we went, it would have been wonderful to sit outside to enjoy it.
This is your quintessential "hole in the wall" gem pizza place. We randomly dropped by for a slice today and sat outside to enjoy our pizza. We genuinely regretted buying only one slice, but when we walked back to buy another- all of the other slices were sold! (sad face). We walked around downtown for about an hour then returned to get another slice and guess what..... there was a line of people waiting for slices! I said to the owner "you're sure popular today!" She replied (in a fun, friendly way) "we're popular every day." We walked around for about 15 minutes and returned to good fortune! More slices were ready!! Ask yourself this question: If there are 5 other pizza places within 3 blocks, why is there such high demand at this place? Why would people wait around for slices? It's great pizza!
Best pizza on the Olympic Peninsula. We like to drive in from the Westend and pick up a couple slices from their case. They have a good selection. Crust and toppings are delicious and quality ingredients, sauce is not too sweet. I like their black olive and sausage...five cheese , pepperoni is great too! Next time we go, planning to purchase a whole pie and then go to the drive in for date night! Also this place is better and much friendlier than competitors in PT. I definitely recommend you try a slice or two when in Port Townsend!!
Waterfront Pizza has always been amazing. Life is too short to eat sh!tty pizza. Words to the wise yo.
There is normally a queue of folks getting a slice or two, don’t let that bother you and get in line. PT is blessed with great food and this is one of those enduring bastions of goodness.
We come to PT a few times a year, this is a required stop.
If you have time head up to get full service and a waterfront view. If not grab a slice and eat in the open space right on the water.
The pizza was great, my only complaint would be they use a little too much corn meal on the bottom of the pizza. That being said it has definitely made it into my top 5 favorite pizza places. My husband and I live over an hour away but we will make the trip back in the near future. It's a bit of a wait but worth it for sure
Some of the best pizza I've ever had. I go hear every time I'm in Port Townsend and haven't found pizza that can match it anywhere else. They sell pizza by the slice and take cards so stop on by and pick up a slice. It is absolutely worth it!
Tip: There's outdoor seating a few shops down where you can sit, eat, and watch the ferries.
Whether you want pizza downstairs by the slice or go upstairs and want to select pizza off the menu or build your own. You can't go wrong with this excellent pizza. Also beer on the menu. The staff is very nice. 2nd story view of water street downtown is nice.
