I order and eat this church chicken at this place many years never leave a review as local resident this time I have to. All I have to say is chicken fry is improve way better than used to be even the color. Keep up the good work guys. Have a good business as long as it’s going
INCREDIBLE!!! So stinking good! So fresh and hot, including the potatoes, that part of my spork melted. Absolutely delicious. The jalapeño bombers small and nothing unique. But still gets a TEN in my book.

Chicken tenders are always good, I had the chicken fried steak today, and it was really good. The biscuits are great, and the jalapeño popers are the bomb. The only issue is that the service is usually slow and seems distracted.
The Jalapeño Poppers are great but they wasn't made fresh, so it didn't taste as great. They are better fried hot and served fresh!
I got drive-thru. I'd been missing some Church's ever since they closed down the Bay City and El Campo locations. I got a chicken sandwich combo and some Jalapeño poppers. The food was awesome! The service was great! I loved how the drive-thru girl smiled during my visit. Excellent job, Port Lavaca Church's!!
I have been in this area for a few months due to my husband job and walked in to churches. I ordered chicken tenders and my husband ordered 2 piece chicken. I have to say that this is the first church's chicken I have been in where the food was very fresh, hot and very good. They were just a little slow taking our order but overall the guy was very sweet and respectful towards us. Thank you church's and keep up the great job.
