My favourite Hokkaido Ramen place, the broth is creamy and rich, noodle texture is great, pork is juicy tender. We ordered the Chef recommendation and Miso broth. Both ramen is great. They have branches in other countries too, been to a few. The Ramen taste is uniformed, never disappoints me as always. 👍🏻
Absolutely delightful. I never would have expected such a gem in a food court if it weren't for the reviews. The ramen in my picture is the medium-sized Shio (salt) Ramen, and it was delicious. Definitely coming back here, and maybe visiting their Japanese locations to compare!

Great ramen, me and my husband go here frequently for date nights. We usually get the miso ramen and spicy miso ramen, the pork flavor in both is amazing! The line can be a bit long depending on when you go (especially weekends) but there’s relatively no line when they first open on a weekday.
Long line unless you ho there as the restaurant opens. The soup is really good, probably one of the best in Dallas so far. I hope they keep it up because other ramen shops' soup keep getting diluted over time.

One of my favorite ramen place! My favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen.
Famous Japanese Ramen. Soup is creamy, but too salty. Noddle is chewable. Yummy! So happy Dallas has a traditional Ramen Store.
