Great band, and food is the best. Got a fish sandwich it was huge with fresh cut fries. By bud got wings chef was very friendly and let us try the sauces. And recommended the jalapeño popper, fries or zesty ranch fries, which we opted for the jalapeño popper fries, which was a great decision. Those were delicious they use real cheddar cheese in their top with real jalapeños. Definitely recommend everybody was friendly and I’m gay and I felt very welcome. I will definitely spread the word about this place. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful night.

Some of the bartenders are great and some of them are just plain lazy. Tried to order a cider to be told they didn't have any other than Angry Orchard in bottles. When I asked about the one on draft, she said they didn't have it. When I asked about one of the other drinks on the screen, she said they don't update those screens and they didn't have that either...before I could even remember the name. Came in the next day and got those drinks from another bartender just fine. The wings are pretty good and I enjoyed the friendliness of the crowd and the owner.

Stopped in here for a burger and beer while waiting on my car to be serviced next door. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a bar before! Everybody was so nice. And the burger & fries were awesome. Wish I lived closer so I could come back more often but I’ll definitely make the trip again.
If you're alright with a bar environment, this is a good choice for food and drink.
Ordered to go! Wings, Fries, hot pepper cheese balls. Was great tasting and will definitely go back. I had a beer at the bar. Tap beer was cold and fresh. Bartender was newer employee and a great personality and friendly. Love the old Castle Shannon pictures. Clean atmosphere. Not loud but pleasant. Good job by kitchen and bar tender!

This was our second trip to eat here. Groupon has a great deal on this place. The food is really good. Fresh, not frozen anything so far. Fresh cut fries, great fish sandwich and a yummy panini. I would have given it 5 stars, but the order of resh onion rings were barely enough for one person, let alone a shared appetizer.
Did I mention the bartender is pretty 🔥, can't beat something good to look at while you eat or drink
The Coal Mine is a friendly local bar. Really good people, both customers, and Coal Mine folks.
As a beer drinker, the beer is fresh and cold. $3.25 for probably the best tasting Miller Lite in town.
I’m on a budget so Lite it is. But they also have a nice rotating selection of others. Right now a nice hazy!

My wife and i went and had ice cold draft beers on 7-11 2019. We also met Bill the owner.. He took the time to introduce himself and made us feel welcome. Jamie was the bartender and was excellent. She was polite and attentive.. We ordered the shrimp basket and half dozen wings.... The food was cooked to order and very good... I recommend the Coal Mine as a new place to check out... My money spends anywhere... Why not check it out?
Visited with my husband on a late night, not expecting much....but we were surprised! GREAT food!!! Happy they were able to honor the Groupon I had...the server was really nice also! We had a good time! Thank you!
