Never had a problem at this location! The only thing that I'd wish for is ketchup packets and fountain drink station, though I understand how those can deteriorate quickly...
Haven't been to this McDonalds in awhile. Staff are very friendly, food was hot, and package was wrapped very well.
Just one issue a dome lid for the ice coffee and it was ill fitting and kept popping off.
It's McDonalds, but I gotta say: one of the best ones in PGH in my opinion. Been there twice now. Food has been hot and fresh each time and the diver thru workers are really friendly and seem to enjoy being there. Huge bonus it's actually open the hours it says it is too!
They were walking my food out to me as I was parking in the mobile spot, super fast!
Clean facility and not super busy during busy hours - unless you’re opting for the drive-thru then you might expect a long line. Staff gives you a courtesy such as extra French fries in case they mess up with your order.
The customer service personnel are always friendly and professional.
MacDonald's have to be rated on a different scale than restaurants. As a fast food outlet, this one is a bit above average. Well maintained. Good access. Adequate parking. Decent service. If you want to eat fast food, this location is above average.
Something happened to this McDonald’s in the last few months. Seems like a remodel is what was needed. Because during that time, I don’t know exactly what it is… Maybe new management or new workers. But the staff is excellent. The food has been fresh. Every. Single. Time. My wife and I have been impressed with every visit. Well done!
Place needs an overhaul service and attitude. After the manager on duty lied about me having to contact customer service for food that I didn't get. Customer service verified that refunds are handled at the store. This is pathetic.
After calling the franchise, the manager Ken made everything right with speed, professionalism, and courtesy
