The manager Chris treated our party of 50 amazingly. The food and service was awesome. We Couldn't have asked for a better place to eat and hang out with our friends and family. Thanks again, Chris!

Italian Village Pizza at The Waterworks has recently revamped in a new spot within the strip mall. IVP has completely changed their look and revitalized their menu with new items, including several pasta dishes and oven baked specialties, like Chicken Parmigan and Lasagna Rollitini.
The new spot, which is beside Burgatory and closer to the cinema, is just as clean as the old location. The staff are still great too! Friendly and attentive. Prices have remained reasonable. The bar is more hip and sophisticated.
Whoever owns this IVP and decided to make these changes is very smart. This was a great decision and a great addition to The Waterworks, which was in need of a restaurant with fresh Italian dishes, as well as pizza.
I love the pizza here. I had the rigatoni bolognese which was flavorful and fresh. My mom had the wedding soup and the spaghetti with meatballs. She loved her choices as well. The meatballs certainly seem homemade. The portions were huge. We will definitely be back.
So impressed with this place. For my daughter's 10th birthday we took her friends to the movies and then over to Italian Village Pizza to eat pizza and have cake. I cannot even begin to express how amazing the staff was to work with to arrange all of this, especially Jordan.
She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the experience was special for my daughter. She even took the time to grab & set up decorations which matched the theme of the party! She was easy to communicate with as well as incredibly thoughtful and hands on. From the initial inquiry about having our event there, to the end of the party, the whole experience was easy. The wait staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The pizza and garlic knots were delicious and the overall experience in their beautiful new location was a 10/10.
Highly recommend.
I had such a great experience here! My server was Tricia she was amazing! The food the delicious and the service was great. I enjoyed my Pittsburgh salad and my margarita made with Espolon. I’ll definitely be back!
Me and my friend decided to stop past for a bite and drink. The vibe and atmosphere was great. Great food, drinks, music, cleanliness, and the energetic staff. I love to give credit when credits due. I will definitely go back. if you haven’t been you gotta go. It’s worth it
Standard pizza shop with prices that are pretty irresistible. I ordered pickup via UberEats, and they were offering 30% off (and Italian Village also has a Groupon offer for $20 worth of food for $10). So, I tried the cheese calzone and zeppole with chocolate sauce.
The cheese calzone was quite good. It was a bit bready, but still had tons of cheese to make up for that. It was warm when I received it and they make the food quickly. The portion size is great for the price of just $10.99, which doesn't include the discount. Nice little sprinkle of cheese on top and the calzone dough is not too soggy.
The zeppole themselves were great. The best food I can compare them to is a powdered sugar donut. They have a nice, sweet coating and perfect soft interior. I would have liked a bit more crunch to them, but they were still worth the price. Amazing serving size once again.
Although these two items were both tasty, I must add that sauces are not Italian Village Pizza's strength. The red sauce served with the calzone was on the acidic side, didn't have chopped tomatoes, and was not impressive in any way. The chocolate sauce served with the zeppole was terrible; it tasted like Hershey's chocolate syrup, definitely not homemade.
In either case, I just got a tasty calzone and darn good zeppole for $11.50. The portions are large, prices are great, and flavors are a bit above average. Just be aware of the sauces being subpar.
Very pleasant service, nice new space, same completely respectable Italian food with an open kitchen... but I got charged full pint price for this very small glass of regular old Sam Adam's lager. Pictures to show that it holds about the same volume of liquid as their slim water glasses. We also got regular tulip glasses of more high proof beers before this so I was a bit ticked off by this weird tactic. I was excited to see an extended draft list at this new location but I can get full pints at the giant eagle bar just a few steps away so... it's a bummer, Italian Village
Good service with reasonable prices and big amount of food!
Was traveling from out of town and local suggested this place and we were not disappointed. Food was very good (go for hoagie or pizza), surprisingly good wine selection. Service was a four as we had a newbie waitress so in learning phase but it was still four star (especially handing out complimentary bags of candy to all the females (and children). Decent HH deals too
I never really thought of IVP as a dine-in restaurant but this IVP is something else. Nice bar area with a great drink selection and good food beyond the normal pizza offerings.
