The worker or manager here named Barbie is the nicest, best Wendy's employee I've ever met. Give this woman a raise and get her in front of other employees to train them.
First time we've gone to this location and everything was great, I made a comment to my wife about the way it was wrapped perfectly and the burger was put together so neatly and everything was hot, we're in Wendy's quite often and this one was the best.
This Wendy's has the best food and service than any other one here in Erie, PA. Employees are pleasant. They were remodeling the inside so I'm sure the atmosphere is great!

I don't usually eat fast food, however we pulled through in a pinch. First off, the drive through service was excellent; very polite and smiling the whole time. When we got the food everything was hot and the fries were crispy. The burgers were actually put together properly and werent a sloppy half made mess. If im in the area and want a good burger with crispy fries and well made chicken nuggets this is my go to spot for sure

What can I say.. Wendy's is Wendy's, but this Wendy's is better than some others I've been to. This location is usually very clean inside and out. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly as you ordered it. If they do make a mistake, they will go above and beyond to fix it.
I came here on a Friday morning. I ordered s.e.c biscuit and sausage gravy biscuits. The food was cooked perfectly, hot and fresh. This is the best Wendy's I've had in years A+ to the team working this morning 4/15/22.
Was not from the area but we stopped by anyway because Wendy's is always delicious
