For the people look for a quick review this place is awesome, friendly, the food is fantastic and the staff super friendly.
Ok let’s talk about the experience here it was incredibly nice. The seating is vast and wide, this would be the perfect place to go with a large group because of how the tables are laid out.
The food here was incredible and cheap for the area the huge sandwich you see in my photos was only 10.50 and had a mountain of meats. The tacos my wife got were 9.50 and there was easily 3-4oz of meat in each of her tacos. The value you get here is incredible for the area and frankly incredible for pittsburgh in general. It’s been years since I have seen portions this size and with this quality of taste at a reasonable price.
The also have a wide variety of mayo and the dill kind I had was excellent as it was honestly made with real fresh dill.
My family and I like to try a new restaurant every weekend but we do have a few that are on the allowed to repeat list. This place has joined that very short list.
The pulled pork sandwich is delicious! Portion sizes are huge so be prepared to take a box home. I love their coleslaw as well, it's a vinegar based rather than mayonnaise. Very friendly and hospitable. If you like pork this is the place to go!
This place is great! Everything we ordered was great. I recommend the Bacon Gyro. The owners were super nice and hospitable. Nice location in East Liberty with nice parking in the back.
I just got some take out food for 1.... and it's delicious. I heard the portions are big and I just wanted a bite, so for less than $10 I got a regular sized sandwich (considered a kid portion), chips, and baked beans. I'd definitely go again!
Was gonna post a pic of my food but it was so good I ended up eating it, pulled pork and 3 little piggies are fantastic, highly recommend
I don't know how it took us this long to give this place a try but I am so happy we stopped in! Natalie and her partner have found a way to build an amazing menu with a ton of variety, all with pork! With good quality Mancini's bread (like Pittsburghers like!) and meat that was out of this world, it seemed like everything on the menu was a good choice. The staff and team are incredibly friendly and they even have a few cans and bottles of beer to choose from with dinner. Will certainly be back.
Unpretentious, but excellent sandwich shop that serves all sorts of pig-related meats. They make flavored mayos in-house! Husband had the BLT with the dill mayo and loved it. I had the pulled pork sandwich. The owner recommended a mix of BBQ and Sriracha sauces for a sweet but kicky heat and it was prefect. Also, their pasta salad is out of this world -- garlicky and rich with oregano. I was absurdly pleased with my angel air pasta side. Simple no-frills angel hair in marinara, but it just hit the right spot. Definitely will be back!
The meat here is absolutely delicious. The BBQ pulled pork is some of the best I've ever had. Even the baked beans are mouth watering. It is a must try. Excellent food.
I had the BLT on Mancini's Italian bread. It was delicious. I had the dill Mayo and a side of pasta salad. Pasta salad was tasty the noodles were cooked perfect and cherry tomatoes and spinach... I'm definitely going to be back there was quite a few items I want to try
Three little piggies is pretty much the best sandwich ever made.
