The only thing i can ding them on is atmosphere. That said- The 2 guys working were great!! Kind and helpful! I hope the money not invested into the appearance of the pizza joint is going straight into their employees pay! No air conditioning, benches are torn and tattered, springs broken. Not the cleanest restaurant you’d want to eat in .Wobbly benches. I guess you could say this is a well loved pizza place and it shows?
This is the biggest pizza I’VE ever seen in real life. My mom, brother, and I just got done feeding geese and were in the mood for pizza. We wanted to check out somewhere new and we were already in the area. We came across this place and wasn’t even remotely disappointed. The slices were HUGE. I’m surprised I even basically finished one. (I didn’t finish the crust cuz I was so full.) My brother was crazy and ate TWO whole slices and ended up regretting it 💀 But I mean hey, the pizza was rlly good. We ate there and then took the rest home. One of the workers behind the counter even recognized my Alice in Chains shirt and was also a fan, so that brightened my day. Great experience, would definitely come again. I highly recommend if you wanna be full for basically an entire weekend just from one huge pizza slice.
I finally gave this place a try and it totally lived up to the hype. Don't be intimidated by the price -- you get what you pay for, both in quality and quantity. The employees were friendly and the pizza was ready in short time. This is a nice New York style pizza -- the pepperoni wasn't my favorite (a bit flimsy and lacking flavor; the sausage was a marginally superior topping) but this place is still great and worth trying in my opinion.
Best pizza on Carson St in Pittsburgh. Other pizza places just cant compete. Spacious dining area, fresh dough, and ingredients. Coming from a combat vet who has been all over these guys and gals rock!!
Food:
the pizza is great with a very thin crust. Reminiscent of Joe's pizza in NYC.
The pepperoni, garlic and mushroom and the sausage are all 🔥🔥
Ambience:
there isn't much ambience to speak of, being a hole in the wall, but this usual for a pizzeria
Service:
is always prompt and friendly
Good pizza and the biggest slice I've ever had.

Go with the pepperoni! My first time here.
I tried going with the chicken bacon ranch and the smell of the ranch was off. I sent it back. Management was wonderful about it. That says a lot about the customer experience!
So I went with pepperoni and it was awesome! They are difficult to figure out how to pick up the first time. Glad I came. Definitely will be back.
The pizza here won't blow you away but it's pretty good. Make sure you know what you're getting - if you order takeout please ensure that you have a big truck or van to carry the pie in. The pies and slices are huge. I was eating leftovers for about 2-3 days lol.
This is our go-to pizza spot. The pizza is consistently good and the people working at Benny's are always kind. They change their specialty flavors often and they have ice cream sandwiches in case you're craving something sweet.
Literally best pizza place ever. Dressed as Pitbull for Halloween and they put on a Pitbull song for me and they are forever in my heart. Pizza is ALWAYS amazing but the workers are even better. Always come here after dance and I have never had bad service. Always amazing every time - Have a good night!!
