This was my first time at MMT and I agree 100% with my daughter's post!!! My daughter and son-in-law could not have picked a better place to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family and friends! A shout out to our waitress Tiffany who put up with us and really to the whole staff who engaged in our celebration! When the head chef comes to your table and sings you an anniversary song...wow, just wow! Thank you MMT!
Excellent restaurant with great service. They treat you like family and the ambiance is awesome. One of our favorite places to go for Italian !
I really enjoy this restaurant! It is a solid Italian restaurant. Pure Italian culture. All their food is great! Their Alfredo sauce is different from most places. It is sweeter. Some in my family love it some don’t like it. Their gnocchi is delicious!
The absolute best item on the menu is their tiramisu! Hands down the best I have ever had!
All the wait staff have wonderful personalities! Great sense of humors and genuine concern that you are enjoying your meal!
It is street parking with pay meters until 6pm. Plenty of street parking! No worries there.
I have not eaten here in a while, and I was impressed with the food. The veall parm was wonderful. My wife has always enjoyed their pasta with white clam sauce. The Greens and Beans were average, a bit dry, good sausage, though. Great service and friendly staff.
My wife and I decided to try something new as it was on the way for us going to see our grandchildren. Pasta of the day was rigatoni (I had hoped for angel hair) and I had it with marinara sauce and chicken. The portions were more than just large and very tasty, not your typical marinara sauce. I’m a picky eater so I was pleasantly surprised and definitely satisfied. We’ll be back.
Really enjoyed the ravioli in white suace and the veal marsala might be the best I've had. The 3rd dish was a bone in pork special they were offering, also very good. I'll be back!!
This restaurant, which was located in Avalon, was very quaint and relaxing. The vibe was family oriented, from the table settings to pictures on the walls and the decore. Where we sat, as a group of seven, felt like going to someone’s home for Sunday family dinner, even though it was a Tuesday. Everybody brought a bottle or two of wine and after appetizers, main courses and desserts (I forgot to take a picture of the tiramisu), the bill was more than reasonable. There were ample portions of food and everything was delicious. You get the sense that everyone knows everyone and it’s family owned and the family members are all around, involved in the day to day operations. It felt genuine and authentic there. The only thing missing were children, but it was pretty late!!! Great place for a family outing, date, or group of friends.
This is where my husband and I had our meal with our whole bridal party and a lot of more people. It was beautiful and we were able to rent out the back for our party. It was in August, so they had so many options on keeping bugs away from our food or to an enclosure to heating lamps. It was perfect! What a great 2009!!
I had to take my dog, Caleb, to the emergency department at PVSEC. He had to stay for hours and I was stressed and starving. I found Mia Madre Trattoria online and headed on over.
I am in love with this place! Over the top Christmas decorations which make it feel so homey. Delicious food! Most importantly, a friendly and caring staff. They were booked but found a little table for me which I so much appreciated. One of the owners, Shari, came over and talked to me a bit about my dog's situation. She even gave me a bracelet blessed by the Pope! I was overcome.
Everything about this restaurant was exactly what I needed at the time. Thank you so much for the genuine concern and helping me feel not so alone that night. PS, Caleb pulled through and is doing well!

Tiffany was our server and she was so kind and accommodating. Definitely going to come back, especially for the white pizza!
