Mechachama. First of all, we drove all day to get to pinetop, hadn't eaten at all, and were starved. The only place that would deliver to the lake of the woods was johnny D's and they said it would take 30 minutes. It took 50. When the kid showed up his "girlfriend" was riding shotgun. Clearly they had been banging, he had the nerve apologize with his zipper down for being late. We didn't have cash for a tip so we tried to smoke him out and he totally turned us down, wouldn't even smoke with us, guess no tip. The pizza was cold, but good. They forgot the peppers, and parm. Luckily they parked not far away and started banging again, so I strolled up and ask for peppers. It was mid fellatio. She didn't stop! He struggled to reach for the peppers eyes rolled back. To his credit, his mother was a good woman.
Great to see Bob at his craft. Nice new place. Still great pies!
We stopped in for lunch today. Service was fast and friendly. Wings were some of best we ever had. Pizza was delicious and crust lots of flavor.
This was our first time eating at Johnnie D's. We thought the pizza was great and would rate this a. Strong 4.5 stars. Pizza was on point and the wings were meaty and hot. Would definitely suggest you try this place if you haven't yet. Atmosphere in the place was nice and is all setup for social distance.
The Best lasagna I've had on the mountain. I would give a 5 star but we waited 40 minutes to be served and there was nobody there but the 3 of us. Around 1pm on a Saturday.
As an occasional visitor to Pinetop, I've always wondered about their pizza when I pass by on my way to the cabin. Tonight I ordered delivery. We got a 14" with pepperoni, onion and black olive. They said 40 min for delivery. It arrived hot and fresh in 30. The pie was beautiful. Perfect distribution of toppings. Crust was thin but supportive of toppings and cheese. Sauce was right on. Not too sweet and not too spicy. End crust was crunchy and doughy. No complaints at all. Will order again. Also, employees who answered phone and delivered were professional and friendly! Don't pass this place by.
Amazing NY style Pizzeria. Great food. Awesome calzones, might take a bit longer but its WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Easily feeds 2 people. Keep this place open.
The pizza and calzone I had were pretty good , not the best Ive had, but the sauce was on point and for the price, its very reasonable. Great service too.
Good food at good prices. Free delivery. We love their Calzones! Their fresh pasta is wonderful! Friendly service.
