When I went to this locatio, it was around 8pm and the store wasn't busy at all. But the team was moving around setting up for the next shift and replenishing items as needed. The team 2as also very polite and helpful and made the entire experience worth another visit.
One of the better chipotles I’ve been to. Staff is very nice, my orders are never incorrect when I do pickup or delivery. Glad I live close by.
This place is always on point . They always fill up the salsa all the way and I really appreciate it . Always looks and tastes good .
I love going to Chipotle — it’s one of my favorite places to eat! This particular Chipotle is just like the rest… good food, good prices, good vibes. Today, I went to place an order for pickup while on my lunch break through the Chipotle App and I was charged TWICE in my bank by them and the order didn’t even go through to their system at the restaurant. I was really frustrated and almost ready to give up, but I went inside to get some help anyways. The cashier, John, was kind enough to hear out my issue and help resolve it. I’m not sure if he was the manager at this Chipotle, but he was taking responsibility like one! John was excellent — he has amazing customer de-escalation and resolution skills for just being a cashier. John helped me get a refund and I was even able to get my order for free. I will definitely be coming back to this Chipotle because of the great food and great employees.
Whenever I see a manager get in the front lines with the employees and help when it’s busy, I think they genuinely care about the employees and the customers and the store itself. I wanted to take the time to make a review because this is my local chipotle and the food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you!
This chipotle is always on point and its my go to location. I always get the guac and it's amazing. But this time around there was a 1/4 of an avocado that wasn't ripe and had some of the core still attached :(

Manager Elias is great! He provided the best customer service. I was having an issue with a catering order and every other rep I was able to reach over the phone (3rd party service because Chipotle does NOT want you getting to the restaurant directly) had no clue what was going on - said the order did not exist and even when I had a confirmation # (When they finally found my order they said my card didn't go through and that was also incorrect). Thankfully I got ahold of Elias at 6:30pm - so nice, attentive and very knowledgeable when it came to catering orders, payment processing, and delivery etc. He was able to put my mind at ease, confirmed my order was in the system, and promised there would be no issues - he would make sure of it, even though the day of my event was on his day off. HE IS AMAZING! I had been on the phone for over an hour with 3 different reps and he was able to resolve in a matter of minutes. Chipotle needs to hire more people like Elias. Fast forward to today, I called (learned the trick to bypass the phone promps) and got a rep at that store and he was just as nice and helpful as Elias. I think other managers at nearby stores could learn from this team.
