Great Dunkin', tasty drinks, and really nice service inside. They were out of a certain donut, and during the morning rush, Ruben took the time to ask if he could make us something special that similar to what they had. That was so nice of him to go above and beyond what he needed to do, something that you don't often see. Thank you!
I only go there for coffee its the bestest !!if they make it right sometimes it is way too sweet and they never listen about the whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top
My drive-thru experience took a little long. Upon pulling up to the window I discovered there were only 2 employees working. I want to make note that this location is know to be considerably busy throughout the day. It was obvious these girls were barely handling the heavy work load but handling it they were. My food came out exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. Kudos to the two working the Thursday morning AND afternoon shifts. Even under pressure and stressed out they provided excellent customer service and maintained positive attitudes. They even noticed our dog in the back and gave him a pup cup! If I was their manager reading this I would highly consider upping their pay or possibly giving OT pay for their efforts.
This store is run very well. The manager on staff is top notch. Would highly recommend going to this dunkin if youre in the area.
Alicia was such a sweetheart. I was taking my sweet time ordering as I had never been to a Dunkin' before and she was patient and helpful. She asked me how I liked my drinks and recommended a coffee. It ended up being PERFECT. I will be back very soon
They were fast to complete my pick up order and the person who snagged my food was quicker than me to get there to pick it up.
Would order again but inside store and wait. *to the person who snagged my order I hope u gain 300lbs and never be able to lose it.. karma*

Today My $2 Dunkin' card was not working because of reception issues.... so the young woman at the Dive-Thru down loaded it on her phone and scanned it for me. Thanks so much for going out of your way, my Kid enjoyed the spider donut and decaf coffee.

First time going to DD, the drive thru was very busy and they got the cars in and out and I ordered food and they warned me a wait time. I appreciate something like that, if I was going to work and didn't have time I would have known. Over all for how busy they were they were very helpful and friendly and got all of my order within 5 mins of ordering.
I come here all the time and never have an issue which is why I'm still giving them 4 stars, but today was frustrating. I ordered ahead of time, by at least 15min, I got there and most of my order was ready but not the donuts. I let the lady who gave me my drink know and she asked what kind of donuts they were. I told her and she came back with an apple fritter and says they're out of the other - I hadn't ordered an apple fritter...she then tells me that's what I had said and complains about me in front of me to another team member. She then brings one of the donuts I did order and I'm like I ordered 2 donuts, so she brings me another bag with 2 donuts and takes the bag with the donut I had ordered away. I look in the bag and now I have 2 donuts but neither is what I ordered...now because of all this I was late for work so I just didn't say anything else and left.
Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time - I was in the store for 15min...its the attitude and actions of the lady though that really made this a terrible experience. The rest of the team there is amazing though!
