This started out as a bad review. Spent 12 minutes in drive thru, got to work and order was wrong. Called to complain and the manager Jose was amazing!!! Very polite and professional- he wasn't just placating me. He redid our whole order and even brought it to us! I've never seen customer service like that in my life from fast food! I will always always eat at this location. Thank you Jose!!

Our experience was good and the food was good, the only reason it was marked lower was the nachos weren't filled very much in the container and I had to go back because they put Pico de Gallo still on both servings when we ordered one without 😓 they were quick to resolve and offered us to keep the one made in error
Ordered delivery. Received our order and they did not add the churros. I called the store and spoke with Chris (said he was the manager). I informed him we did not receive a complete order. He said I can come and pick it up or he could give us a credit for the next time. I let him know that I would not order again if there is currently an issue and the purpose for delivery was to keep from going out. He said only the acting GM could refund any money. When I asked for the name of the GM, he stated he couldn't give that information and hung up on me!!
UPDATE: I called back the next day and spoke with Kaitlyn. She was the total opposite. She was not only professional, but gave me the name of the manager and what time he would be available. I called back and spoke with Jesus. He was very understanding and apologetic. He made it right!! Thanks to Jesus I will definitely return!

Your best bet is to reheat the tortillas on a stove when you get home. Other than that, classic and filling. If you want an alternative I suggest Ranch Market food court
My parents and I love El Pollo Loco. We walked in and it was clearly marked on what door to walk in and which door to walk out. It was very organized. We ordered the Grande avocado chicken bowl, original pollo bowl & the 3 piece meal to go. It was so busy, clearly this is the place to be. 🤗 even with all the people up ahead of us we were in and out in no time with fresh & great tasting food.
Overall the food is good the problem I have is getting what you order. I don’t know what happens from taking the order to actually getting your order but the translation gets messed up. They even repeat your order back and somehow it’s still not the right order when u get it.
Excellent food. To get a 5 star from a critic like me is not easy. Probably my first restaurant to get 5 stars in all categories
The food was extremely delicious. We enjoyed what we ordered. I will definitely come back to eat there again.
The El Pollo taste I've come to love. Good healthy eats. Had the feeling that this is a family owned and operated franchise. The restaurant was clean and in good shape for an older location, although the windows could use some sparkle.
I didn't know the order came with salads,
I order one with our meals.
Everything was delicious.
