Panera always delivers fresh and delicious food! I always modified my Salads and they come out tasting great and just how I ordered them, if there is any mistakes the managers make sure that they make it right and always give you a free bakery item. The bakery items are always heavenly.
Green goddess salad is now my go to .. I didn't think that I would like it but I love it
I have been coming to this place for three years. It used to be a Paradise Bakery. I liked it better with the old furniture (more couches, cozier atmosphere) but the service is still just as great as it has always been. It's never too busy or crowded when I go, which is mostly on the weekends. Their food is always fresh and they also have really good coffee at this location. Love to come here and read/work on my laptop.
Food was amazing! I love that when you order a pick 2 combo you can get a pastry for only $1. It is worth it! Also I love that they have self service iced coffee available and they aren't charging you extra like the other guys! It's great for a delicious afternoon pick me up!
They didn't start off great when they took over Paradise, but my last visit proved they got back in the groove with taste! I had the steak and cheddar panini, which was something I enjoyed back in the Paradise days, I have to say they finally got it right. I also did the new look and super efficient way of the ordering process. I had ordered my food before we arrived via the app, so was able to sit and eat right away.
Good evening. Not a man gray with words. I'll do my best. This location of this restaurant or cafe or bakery chain. Does possess itself one of the greatest team and staffs I've ever seen or had the experience of dealing with. Of the roughly dozen or more than I have it come in contact with I have hardly ever met one that was not in great spirits and always Pleasant smiley faces is always a good greeting. Not to mention it really needs to correct order is win and I mean rarely when occasion should a ride. The individual in this report is a rather huge big fan of an item they sell called oval chippers. They are small little cookie treats that are just awesome if you ever like a terrific snack come by and get their tippers at me Panera Bread formerly Paradise. We have delicious soups sandwiches and smoothie drinks and coffee as well.

I have always liked Panera as a chain, but this specific location always blows me away with their amazing service! They are always the most friendly, polite, accommodating people, especially the young men that bring your food to you! Every time we come in, we always have at least one conversation about how impressive someone's service was! I will always be willing to pay a little more for my lunch if I know I will be getting the standard of service the staff at Panera on Glendale and 12th provide!
The level of customer care the managers provide is OUTSTANDING. Rarely do we have issues with our online orders, but after a mishap, a quick call to the manager and they set every thing to right, and then some! Very happy customers here!!
Amongst the best eats in the valley.
When you want delicious sandwich , soup and desert or many of the other menu items ,,, this is the place . I visit Panera Bread locations through out the valley and have found them all to be on point and continuously consistent in service and food .
You do spend a little more than some other sandwich places ,,,, but it's worth it .
Always a lunch favorite. Cookies are good. Sandwiches are usually tastey. Salads are good but careful for the occasional wilted item. Love that I can order from the kiosk Instead of the cashier.
