The office ordered Jamaican and I was a little hesitant at first because I had never tried it and I’m always cautious of bone in food. I was pleasantly surprised by the great tasting food. I think that I have found my favorite Jamaican place in the world. The chicken was amazing and the rice and slaw were great. Others in the office thought it was spicy but the spicy level was perfect for me.

This was my first visit here but not my last. The food here is amazing. A bit pricey but wonderfully flavorful. I checked the prices online before going so the $40.00 snapper plate took me by surprise. It was however excellent and the family shared so I'm going to call it a win but probably a one-time purchase. We also had the jerk chicken, oxtails and a beef patty. Again the flavor of all the meals would be hard to beat anywhere. Nice large portions as well. I will definitely be going back (but no snapper -lol).
Jerk chicken dish overall was delicious. Chicken was yummy!! Rice was slightly on the dry side but it still had its flavor...and not so much of a fan for the side of veggies. Will order the pineapple soda agaon..Not the biggest fan of the gingerbeer. Will go back and try their oxtail and fish dish someday.. & Hopefully soon. $ Prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was chill. Thanks for putting on the good vybz music(made me think of home).
Since I moved to Phoenix 6 years ago this is the best jamaïcain food I ate.
Food is tasty and well cooked.
I love the ambiance of the restaurant, makes you feel like home.

I ordered a combo oxtail and jerk chicken and they gave me a plate so big and full that the lady told me I couldn’t finish it. Since it was so good I took her up on the challenge and now I can barely.

Wow, first time customer and I’m definitely recommending and coming back. They were doing a customer appreciation day and handing out free plates which I thought was awesome. No, I’m not giving them five stars because I got a free plate, I actually sampled from the free food area and purchased the stew chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. Amazing flavor and portion for a great price! Good job guys, I’ll be back… In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice LOL.
I would give this place a 5 star due to authenticity and originality. on de of the hole in the wall places with eccentric and excellent Jamaican food. The styrofoam presentation and the relaxed organization did not fathom for it. If they would get that next step of passion for excellency polished, this place will be one of the hottest place in town. Awesome, loved the food and attitude like a mini vacation to Jamaica
I visited this unassuming restaurant with my daughter while visiting Arizona. I’m pleased to say that I enjoyed my food. The portions were hearty and the service was friendly. I will be returning to Arizona soon, and this will be one of my stops!

Truly the best Jamaican food in town! My respects to chef. The place was clean(including bathrooms), the food was good, the portions plentiful. The music was great. My plan is to slowly but surely try the whole menu. Dont listen to over opinionated picky people, this place is a real treat. Try it for yourself and be the judge.😎👍 i look foreward to my next visit.
