This place has the best customer service that I have come across. I always feel like more than just a customer when I go. Their drinks are amazing as well as their Pad Thai. The owners always take the time to acknowledge me and talk to even on their busiest days. In general this place has the best service, drinks, atmosphere and employees. Highly recommended it to everyone!
Very nice people working here. Love the drinks. Kinda disappointed in the menu. Out of things and Nachos they charge for cheese. Guess that should be chips. Because the cheese is what makes it Nachos!
We’ve been going to this location for years and it’s always been great. We moved away for a few years and came back recently. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and provided excellent service. We ordered Honeydew Frappes with boba and it was just as good as we remembered. We definitely recommend anyone to give these guys a try!
Better than EVERY chain smoothie shop. This has been here 10 years and I just found out about this spot today, from a random Google maps search?! I've been in Phoenix since 2016 and I feel cheated I just found this place. The snacks have variety and the menu board + add ons for drinks = LEGENDARY
First time here and I'm not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly, they have a HUGE variety of things to order but they also offer all their milk teas in a Non-Dairy version, too! We got the Chai Royal Milk Tea w/ boba & the Tiger Milk Tea with boba. Both were delicious! We also got this little bear in their small claw matchine.
They also mentioned all their Tea and boba is house made.
Drinks are good. But the young lady did the service seemed unhappy the whole time. I felt like I came in and begged for free drinks
Drink was good I had the Taro frappe with coffee jelly. Customer service was really good, both employees were super friendly and helpful. The place could use a little more work, there was a sofa/recliner that was ripped; if the place would be remodeled differently it would definitely attract a larger crowd. But I do recommend for a good boba drink.
Best bobba spot for a late night craving😋 this place is open till 12am the owner manager is super nice! He goes above and beyond to help you pick the right drink for you. The jalapenio wings are bomb never the taste is hard to describe so satisfying. Deff a good spot to hang out late night with friends.
Started going through some of these post and people complain too much and have such high expectations like if they can make it better themselves🤦🏽♀️. My Boyfriend and me just found this place like 2 weeks ago and definetly has been the best boba place. We've already gone and brought other people to try. You really can't go wrong with anything. The people working are super friendly and if you ask they'll give you with detail what each drink has. These drinks are phenomenal and can't wait to keep coming back here for more. The place is super cute too.
I love this place ❤️ best match milk tea and best people working here, just now we realize they were closed and were about to leave and he came out telling us to come inside. He was so sweet and even recommended add ons to my drink which is SO GOOD 10/10
wow just wow. i don't even know where to start. this has got to be one of the best boba milk teas i have ever tasted. i ordered the thai tea and it brings me back to when i used to live in thailand as a missionary, just wow i'm absolutely speechless.
I'm redoing my review over just because they've reopened recently after being closed for a few months for remodeling. Still 5 star place, it's my favorite boba tbh and I'm so glad they finally reopened though I still I've going to the tolleson location but this one is closer to me from home and work. It looks a lot more like the tolleson location but a bit smaller. Plenty of new seats and tables to hang out with friends and play games(like Jenga, card games). Their wide selection of drinks is vast and you want to try something new each time and never get disappointed. #1 in Phoenix for sure.
