No Complaints. We went here for a work lunch. There was only a few other people in the restaurant so it was pretty quiet. There were three of us and our list of lunches included the Southwest Caesar with Chicken, the Tuna Melt, and the Sliders. When our food arrived at the table, every dish looked delicious! We were all ooing and ahing over each other's plate. All of the dishes were good and the service was fine. No complaints. I will go back when I want a tasty, quiet lunch without the hussle and bussle of other super-busy downtown lunch spots.

The food here was pretty good, and the ambiance was relaxed but classy. The staff was cheerful and nice. The wings were deliciously fabulous! I like the seasoning used on the fries as well. The drinks are fire, especially the Hot Dam, which was so delightful. I had several.
Cool and unique food options. Very nice, laid back atmosphere. Service is rather slow for the number of customers present. That was the reason for the 4.
We really enjoyed our evening at Dust Cutter Gastropub last evening. Our server, Savanah, was awesome. I loved the explanation for the name printed in menu- Dust Cutter used to be a term used by cowboys who needed a drink to 'cut the dust' from riding all day. Loved the fireplace feature. Great Happy Hour until 6p. There was even a live performer playing guitar and singing. We had the Flatbread and Chicken Wings, which were both very good. If you are looking for a nice place for drinks and a light meal, try Dust Cutter out!
We've had Happy Hour there several times and the food has always been good. But this morning, we had breakfast there. And it was delicious. But one thing to keep in mind is that it is quite expensive.
We had their version of an eggs benedict with smoked pork loin instead of Canadian bacon and the Saddle Mtn, a mix of griddled corn bread, chipotle hollandaise, over easy egg and turkey sausage. Both of our plates were excellent.
The service was also outstanding.
For a hotel restaurant and bar I was pleasantly surprised. Started with the my darling Rhonda for a beverage and it was fantastic. Sweeter than anticipated, but it went down very easily. As for food, we had the nachos with chicken and the green chili Caesar salad. I was very impressed by both. We saw the nachos coming out and decided on them last minute. The cheese sauce was very good and the jalapeños were nice and spicy!!! As for the Caesar salad, it had day old bread, garlic croutons which were fantastic. Softer than traditional croutons and well seasoned. For my taste, it needed more dressing, but the side of dressing came to me quickly. The strawberry confetti cake had actual strawberries inside as well. It was an overall amazing experience. It was worth it to take a chance on a hotel restaurant and bar.
The vibe is eclectic, chill, and friendly. EXCELLENT customer service. I didn't try the food, but my friend did. She ordered the highly recommended bacon wrapped dates. She couldn't stop raving about them. I'll take pics and add them to this post tomorrow. To be continued...
Nice modern decor. We had a very friendly and polite waitress. I enjoyed my darling Rhonda cocktail . Food was well presented I ordered a harvest bowl there were pieces or butternut squash that were not fully cooked hard to chew but overall a good experience.
Tacos were absolutely delicious! I almost regret trying out a different restaurant my first night here.
The service was impeccable, and the food arrived surprisingly quickly, but the same thing happened last night at a different restaurant, so maybe things are just more efficient here in Phoenix. Whatever it is, I like it!
It can be a little crowded or a little more fun/noisy in some sections, but I found a quiet area to eat, so it seems like there is something for everyone here.
There are room service or to go options, but I was (probably unnecessarily) concerned about the wait, so I decided to eat there, and I'm glad I did.
Even though it is a restaurant in a hotel lobby, the food was DELICIOUS!!! The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There just wasn't enough of them. I ended up eating there 3 times getting a different meal each time, and all were very good. The wings were nice and crispy with good flavor. I added the chicken to the salad which delievered the little kick of heat to it. The cheeseburger was good quality meat which you tasted. I would definitely eat there again!
We stopped here for a night cap, and the bar was pretty busy. Our service wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best. It was pretty loud, so maybe that is where the disconnects occurred. We ordered:
1. Old fashioned - pretty well prepared, no 🍒 unless by request. It was a little on the sweeter side. However, this comment was from an avid old-fashioned connoisseur. (4.3/5 🌟)
2. Chicken 🐔 jalapeño fries 🍟- beware of the red jalapeños they are 🔥 🥵. These were overall pretty good and had a lot of good flavors/spices. Would order again. (4.5/5 🌟)
3. Urban cowboy 🤠 burger 🍔- the coworking friend who ordered enjoyed and said they would order again. However, it was technically overcooked. (4.5/5 🌟)
4. Wings 🪽- these were pretty standard as bar wings go. (3.5/5 🌟)
This was a nice place to have a night cap and order food. Would visit again.
