Nice little spot for coffee. My husband and I enjoyed both times we came here and they had great service with really good coffee and mixed strawberry acai drink.
Its definitely Starbucks standard when it comes to drinks. Although, there was nowhere to sit, and the staff looked at me as if I was loitering when I was deciding on what I wanted. They were friendly when talking to me, but it didn't feel nice to be side eyed the whole time. It may be the location the Starbucks is in but I feel as though there should at least be a place to sit and enjoy the product purchase as a customer.
I used to come here and order two caramel crunch Frappuccinos Venti with three shots of espresso each and I obviously pay the money for the drink! As I've been watching them they literally throw out half of my money because the way I make my drinks it can fit into 2 Trenta cups and they refuse to give it to me in the Trenta cups they literally throw half my money down the drain! When I order my drink it can fill up two venti cups and 1 Trenta cup all in one blender but yet they want to throw half of my espresso down the damn drain I pay for! This Starbucks used to be my go-to place because it's right around the corner from where I live but never again will I ever go to this Starbucks again because I'm not going to pay $23 for two drinks and you throw half my money down the damn drain! Also it's extremely hard to get diamond because of all the homeless Riff Raff that hangs out right in front of that place
Line wrapped around the building. So I decided to go inside. Everyone inside is hauling a$$. I hear them shouting and communicating needs, and getting it done as a cohesive unit. My favorite Starbucks in Phoenix!!!

This is an outstanding Starbucks, speaking from visiting them "only" from the east coast and west.
Although, my favorite ones are in Venice, California.
This one does remind me of the ones in NYC, by my old home.
Therefore, it does touch my heart deeply, "surprisingly" on Valentine Day .
Not intentional, just by chance.

Thank you to the ENTIRE team that was there this morning, ESPECIALLY ALEX he went out of his way to make sure me and my friends were safe after we were being followed, they made sure that we wouldn’t be in anymore trouble and helped us out a ton!
The banisters are always friendly, and food is always good no matter what you purchase. Decent prices, I really like the mobile app, need in more areas. It's always busy, but that lets you know how great the food is.
I was scared to get out of my car due to all the druggie hanging around right across the street is a methadone clinic I feel sorry for Starbucks having to deal with that. Coffee was great.
My iced coffee is perfect here everytime!
I ordered caramel ribbon Frappuccino, but they don't have the crunchy caramel.sugar.
