This is not your average Dairy Queen! It is more like a neighborhood gem with a focus on customer service. The staff is well trained by John, the owner and he and his family are usually at the restaurant, overseeing that it runs smoothly. The key to their success is that they never rush you and "listen" carefully to your order. If there's a problem, you'll get an apology and they will make it right! I wish Dairy Queen would "clone" this location and duplicate it throughout the country!
They have a cute little train connected to the ceiling that goes round and round, it's very cute! Service is great, the workers are very friendly and attentive. Surprisingly it's pretty quiet, no crying kids or loud customers. It's very clean, the workers were seen wiping everything down.
Love the food here. Also, staff has always been friendly and efficient. They have ever missed or gotten my order wrong here. Inside is clean and has a little train that goes above and around the store while you eat
This restaurant recently had a water main break. The owner took time out of their busy schedule to let me know if the issue as I take Dial A Ride to their restaurant. That kind of attention is rare and I really appreciated that.

Very good service! Super friendly! And a awesome delicious place to go obviously. But the employees are extremely nice and top customer service all with thin in 5 mins. Great fast food. 👌
This location does a great job hiring great people. Every experience I've had has been terrific from a service perspective. You have no idea how great this is! They also have been extremely consistent in getting orders right and making a great dessert. Now...all I can ask is to bring the Candy Cane Chill blizzard back soon... please!!!!!! 😁
I learned today that the blizzard-flip only applies to ONE blizzard per order. Dude tried to give me the blizzards and didn't flip it, I said hey, do the flip hahaha
There is a train that my kids love to watch! I've always had great service and good here. Excellent selection of cakes available.
The drive-thru was a quick and safe way to get a yummy Birthday cake! Totally surpassed my expectations since I bought it without seeing it first!
