This was my first trip to StandUpLive. Parking was a bit confusing and the the stairwell led us to the surface street. Not a huge deal but they could mark directions in the parking garage. As for the venue itself, fantastic. Very friendly staff start to finish. Bert Kreischer was easily the funniest comedian I've seen live. He's definitely for the 21 and over crowd. All around, great show, good food and drinks. I can't wait to book another show. 5 stars!

We have been going here for years and truly enjoy the atmosphere and top talent that the club provides. The management is excellent and they take the time to remember as well as greet frequent customers. Wait staff has improved considerably since we started coming. While food and drinks are a bit pricey (as with most comedy clubs), the food quality and appearance is very good. Drinks tend to be hit/miss depending on the day. The only negative for CityScape is some of the riff raff who seem to be hanging out on the East side who frequently pester and beg from customers. This can be a bit unsettling at times but we haven't experienced or seen anything serious.

Great experience and the food was great. Nice to be able to eat and watch a show at the same time. There’s a two drink minimum and with some nachos, a chicken sandwich, two lemonades, and two beers we paid about $110.

Great show. They fit a lot of people in that place. The 2 drink limit isn't too bad. I will go back.

Great venue and super friendly staff! I saw Frankie Quinones and had a great time! The food was so good, though a bit pricey! I would recommend anyone to go see a show here! Enjoy!

Stand Up Live always has great comedians at affordable prices. We just saw Brad Williams, and he was phenomenal! We've also seen Bruce Bruce and Felipe Esparza. Go REALLY early to avoid being at the middle or end of the long line that forms to get in. The space inside doesn't seem like it can fit 500 people, but it does, and even though it may be a little tight at times, we were still comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The 2 drink minimum isn't too bad, and we just get water or soda, and that's about $32. The menu has pretty good options that aren't too pricey and the food is good. Overall, this is a great place for a date night with your significant other, or a fun time with some friends.

Went to see DeRay the other night then hung out at the bar next door after. Had the best time! Was super impressed at how clean the bathrooms were. Although some of the women who used it should never use a restroom in public! Eeekk! The drinks were great & the establishment is in such a great location.

It was our first time going to a live show for a stand-up comedian (other than John Mulaney but he was in an actual theater) at such an intimate venue, so of course I was reading both the Yelp and Google reviews just so I knew what to expect. Long story short, almost every negative review was completely false! The biggest thing that stood out to me was there was no enforcement or even mention by our server or other servers about their "2 drink minimum" policy. The bestie and I both ordered a diet coke and that was all that was said on the drink situation. I ordered the soft pretzel which was super thick and (definitely) soft and the bestie ordered the truffle fries, which she said could have been warmer. Other than that, they weren't bad. The cheese that came with my pretzel was really delicious! Also another note on how you really have to take the bad reviews with a grain of salt - I read one review where someone never even got their drinks/food for the entire show (or at least something came out within 5 minutes of the show ending). However, this was not the case with us. We sat down and ordered our drinks within the first minute. The drinks came out maybe 2 minutes later, and we ordered our food next... which came out even before the first opener of the show started! We almost wished we had gotten our food a little later LOL. The service was great, the acts were great. We would definitely see ourselves coming back here again! This was really a great reminder to take all these negative reviews with a grain of salt because anyone can find stuff to complain about. I mean yeah, they do upcharge you for literally everything but that was the only negative thing I can think of. The seats also weren't as crammed together as other people are making them out to be. Yeah, it was like a cafeteria table with individual seats but just think of it as an intimate venue with a lot of people laughing together, having a good time, and look past it.

The talent that was in town at the comedy show was Ms. Pat. The flow to get everyone in for showtime was smooth. Great smiles by the staff at the door. Fantastic escort to our seats. Our server, Jason was by far the best as this was our tenth time at this venue. The two drink minimum seems to be an industry standard but Stand-Up should be different and drop anything that's mandatory spend for its customers

Great location in downtown Phoenix. Lots of underground parking available in the area and a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. This venue is connected to Copper Blues and often has live music. The food menu is okay, and they have a full bar. Prices are a little higher but not out of line with other bars in the area. They have great local comedians and always get big headliners when they are in town. We normally visit the location at Desert Ridge in north Phoenix, but it's fun to go downtown every once in a while.

This place is great! Good atmosphere and servers. Wish I could remember the waiters name who served us at the Filipe Esparza show, he was great. Even the comedians who open are good. Always have a good time and it’s great to have Copper Blues right next door! We’ll be going back.
