Use to lifeguard at Cortez Swimming Pool. This was pretty much a few times a week occurrence. Then bought a home on Cholla and 33rd Ave making it a regular thing. Now still hit it on occasion as one of the best hair people in the biz (Golden Razor/Steve Landos) is on our list...check out this place and then get your hair did!!!

Captain Bill's Submarine, 10645 N 35th Ave A, Phoenix, AZ 85029. I've been coming to this place since I was a kid! Over 40 years!!! If you want some delicious subs, great service and an absolutely cool place to eat your sub then this is the place!!!! They have many different subs and combos and everywhere you look there is something cool! Photos, funny bumper stickers, arcade games, signs and more. You could do take out but why? Eating your sub here is half the fun! I can't recommend this place enough! Take a wonderfully delicious break from the sub food chains and try this place out! You won't regret it!!!!

Captain Bills Subs is a delicious choice for a fresh sandwich. The Goods are awesome hot or cold they got you covered.
Also you have to try the potato salad it’s super delicious and comes in a combo as well.

Best prices, friendly staff. And lots of funny signs all throughout the store. Usually never busy either. Their best priced item is their Italian sub combo. It has an amazing vinegret that tastes amazing on it. It's definitely worth trying, especially if you just want a quick, easy, and good meal.
This place is so vintage, such a blast from the past!! I loved the atmosphere and seeing everything. The food was amazing!! Fresh veggies, perfect cuts of meats and cheeses. You can even ask for less bread. I will go here again! Prices are amazing!!

Every time I I have the area I have to stop and grab a sub. You'll be shocked that inflation hasn't hit Bill nearly as hard as other places.

Extremely cool vibe in this sandwich shop! Ashlyn was welcoming as soon as we walked in. She helped me decide on a sandwich from her personal preference in subs since this was my first time to Captain Bill's and I was not disappointed with my choice! Subs were made super fast and all ingredients were so fresh! We will definitely be back when we are in town!
