I have to say this place rocks Not only do they have the best tasting protein shakes, but I love the variety of shakes the have to choose from. They also have very welcoming staff that provides very helpful information when needed. Overall, I recommend this place before or after a great workout
5 stars isn't enough. The staff are welcoming and motivational. All positive vibes and atmosphere. The meal replacement/protein drinks are absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend for everyone.
By far the BEST smoothie location in the valley! I never leave disappointed. The employees truly provide the best recommendations and ensure that I try my smoothie before I leave. I also appreciate how knowledgeable they are and can count on them to provide the best nutritional advice for me. I appreciate the time they have spent getting to know me. One of the best feelings is walking in and being greeted by name, I feel valued as a customer! And if anyone is looking for a recommendation, I prefer the strawberry/Banana smoothie! You won't be disappointed.
They can make literally any smoothie you can think of. Owner is down to earth send personable, giving it that small business vibe.

I've never had a protein packed shake I liked til I went here. I've tried the root beer float and the blue monkey. There's still 48 other flavors to try... plus free tea with every shake. Its awesome.
This place is awesome. The workers are so nice and go above and beyond for customer service. I love their smoothies and especially their açaí bowls. Plus, you get a free tea with each purchase!
I was a little confused about what is actually going on here but it looks like they combined smoothies and fitness. Regardless the smoothie was good and kept me full for 2-3 hours. The smoothie came with an iced tea at no additional cost and it was very good. Not sure of they offer any other food items...
Steve was great, very helpful on the best health and diet tricks. Even recommended a book to me that I’ve now started to follow and feel the difference in my daily routine. I’m pretty skeptical when It comes to diets and usually don’t stick with things but since I do not get groggy at 2 PM every day I found myself sticking to this one. They have lots of options with great selection here and it’s a great big location just west of the AMC theater. Very clean in a relaxing place to just hang out, he’s got free Wi-Fi and welcomes people to stick around and have conversation. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the downtown area or looking for a nutritional guru to talk to.
Absolutely loved it!! The owner and all the girls working there were so helpful and very knowledgeable and passionate about their products and what they do!! Definitely will be returning and super excited to hear they're building one in Surprise!
Steve, the owner, is fantastic! He was willing to make changes to his recipes to accommodate my special diet. Very friendly, good atmosphere, and an overall great place to get powered up for the day.
