Good steaks and very well cooked. Served exactly how u order it. Asked for a sirloin 7oz done medium well and was bang on. Very friendly staff and always checking in on you. The next table had a birthday and they brought out a cake and sang for the person. Good service and nice neighbourhood restaurant.

Had a great experience this past Wednesday. My food was out of the kitchen quickly. Had great service and positivity from an employee called Jessica. Has the same layouts as the franchise, very upkept. 🍔🍝🍹🍺
Just when I thought genuine customer service was dead, then I meet Chris. Chris is the manager at this Applebee's location in the Happy Valley-Shops at Noterra area in North Phoenix. I called because I had an issue with the food that I ordered online. As a manager Chris truly stepped up to the standard of providing customer satisfaction. He not only cooked the new order himself, but he also hand-delivered it to my hotel suite. That for me is the epitome of "Great" customer service. I have always been an Applebee's fan, this just re-solidifies why.
Monday night's they offer $6.99 burger and fries. Ours tonight were delicious - very flavorful and cooked just right. Fries were equally as good.
Always a pleasant and relaxing environment. Service and menu are what you'd expect for a restaurant of this type. Can always recommend it for the question "Honey, where should we go for dinner that's quick, easy and inexpensive?"
Helen is a absolute angel. I've been going here for a few years and she has given me great customer service every time. She deserves a freaking raise above all else.
