Because it's the weekend so my wife wants to go out and eat food with the family. Service is fantastic and food is so good. They got the new Nashville tenders I love the tenders so much they're tender and spicy. The best thing you can eat is a triple dipper. We get free chips and salsa every time we visit. My kids love chips and salsa so much. I recommend this place.
The best chillis. The staff,Tony the server & Sam the hostess are great. The secret sauce burger,the fries,chips and Salsa,and Enchilada soup are the best. They also sang Happy Birthday to my husband, and he got a free dessert., Janay, Celin are great.I got a free dessert go my Birthday.Military discount if applies. The chicken sandwich,wings are great.
Had dinner tonight, and everything was perfect. Our server Tony took care of us very well! 10/10

Tony was awesome! Request him as your server. All the food was perfect, and we ordered a variety. The Southwestern Egg Rolls appetizer are even better than I remember. Definitely coming back. Thank you, Tony. Thank you, Chili's. 5 stars
First time here. Got seated right away. Our waiter Marcus had a whole section to do himself, so he was very distracted. Took him almost 8 minutes to come to our table and after ordering food, drinks and water he left. Our drinks came out fast but no one brought us water. He didn't check on us until our drinks were half done and offered us free chips for the inconvenience. At that time our food came out so I felt the chips were a waste. He never checked on us thruought our meal and my BF had to flag him down for extra napkins. The food was great but I think the waiter needed more help in his section
Service was excellent and they were very good on portions. Had a steak that tasted like it came from a Steakhouse and it was seasoned perfectly. My kids loved their food and my Iced tea stayed filled.
The food was good... Except the "chili's baby back ribs"
They were the worst ribs I've ever eaten. This was the 3rd time I've tried to eat them and they're just gross. The pork tastes rotten and boiled.
Get their burgers 🍔 theyre always amazing. The mixed drinks were delicious and refreshing too.
Letter to the owner in response. Saying the ribs tasted rotten is hardly awesome. You should really look into it. We threw them out.... For the 3rd time.
We had a gift card we needed to burn and we were in the neighborhood so stopped by, and it had been a very long time. Service at this location was excellent, we interacted with three people and they were all exceptionally friendly. We got the $10 lunch specials with the grilled chicken sandwich and Mexican bowl and it was all very good, a good value especially compared to fast food. They had a $6 margarita which we tried and was okay. Overall, food was good and service was excellent 0
I went to Chili’s to try the 2 for 25 deal. The food was very good. From the time we placed the order to getting the main dishes was 31 minutes and 26 seconds. I set a timer because they were busy and I was curious how much time it will take. Even though they were busy the waiter was on top of getting us drinks. I did feel bad because the tablet they had to use was insanely slow. I would see him click the button and have to wait seconds for it to load. I think the tablets could use improvement. I want to be clear this was nothing the server was doing it was the technology he had to work with. The menu was redesigned in 2022 and wow the new menu design is horrible. I think they should call a graphic designer and maybe pull in a restaurant advisor to look it over. The whole time I looked at the new menu I wondered if sales have gone down since they released these due to how hard it is to look at. Enjoyed my time there. I will be going back.
Many things were forgotten, we got our appetizers after our main course because we had to ask. Had to remind about speciality drinks, as they weren't delivered either. It seemed like team work had failed. Nice staff though, no one was rude and they were apologetic for the mishap. Chicken sandwich is absolutely huge, but after cutting in half (because no human can unhinge jaw to eat lol) there was more breading than chicken. Still good, but slightly disappointed (that breading was removed, not crunchy but mushy) We'd go back for sure, just maybe not during a rush hour (it was a kids birthday dinner choice, can't say no!) They did bring a special dessert and sang to her, so that's always a plus!!
