We stayed here for 7 days sometime back. Rooms are good, and ambiance is good. During summer ☀️ it was really hot out there but we enjoyed water sliding there.
Overall, it was a good place to stay.
Good place to stay for business. Good location. Good rates for what it is. It gets a four because the value. It is not a four or five star hotel. They charge a fair rate and provide good service.

The location is not the best given it might be hard to get into the parking lot, but that is okay.

My room is quiet, which is very important! The view was okay! I am glad my room was not facing the busy streets.

This hotel has some problems, but overall it was good. I'm sure this place was amazing 20 years ago, but now it needs remodeling. That being said, all the amenities you need are there. The room is clean and comfortable. And the staff is very helpful and kind. I'd recommend it for a one night stay. Do yourself a favor, go to The bistro in the morning and get an omelette. They're delicious!!
Me and my friend stay here, when we first got there the hotel entrance was clean n when we check in our omg it was so clean n comfortable. We had a balcony view n that was pretty especially at night. But the only thing that was wrong was( no room service). Now at the end of our trip they tried to charge us extra but it was like a security deposit ( but they don't tell u that when making reservations) but it was returned to our card card within 10 days

Jessica and her Manger went above and beyond helping me with me dietary needs . Wayne the maintenance man was right on time to fix tub drainage very polite and nowledgeable. . Front desk was very helpful all are needs .

The rooms are nice and clean. The lobby is a cool looking place. Pool slide is an awesome feature but I didn't have enough time to try it out. Beds were comfortable and the rooms got cold enough to sleep deeply. The bar is pretty well stocked. They have at least a few different scotch and whiskey choices.Overall I would recommend this place to stay. I just wish they had a continental breakfast.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Check in was supposed to be 3 pm but when we arrived just after 3, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet so we had to find something to do until it was. Luckily we had a car so we were able to go grab a bite rather than just sit in the lobby and wait. We got an end of the hall room so we didn't hear our neighbors but Dunlap Rd and Hwy 17 was very noisy. Our room was clean and the king size bed and pillows were surprisingly super comfortable. I was excited there was a hot tub but disappointed that it looked very dirty and unkept so we didn't use it. The bar and grill had a small variety on the menu but everything we ordered was really good. Shout out to the best restaurant wait and bus staff we've encountered in some time. Jessica, Silvia and Lus were exceptional!! Such hard workers, attentive and sweet.
Great hotel and location to meet our needs. Staff was excellent. We arrived around 5 pm and our room was not ready due to a convention at the hotel. We were quickly upgraded to a nicer room.
The food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced.
The hotel is nicely decorated and nice guest areas with lots of amenities.
Only thing I didn't like was being asked for my ID while I used the bag cart to bring my luggage from the car to the room after checking in. They obviously know how I am. Why would I steel a large bag cart?
Decent rooms, some minor damage seen throughout the room and hotel. Gym is nice but occasionally the doors won't open very well especially the rear exit only door sticks to concrete that has raised and prevents from opening more than 6 inches. Restaurant is pretty good, service is exceptional. It looks great outside and nice lobby with 3 pools and water slide, tennis courts and racquetball court in gym area. It's nice and may consider a return visit.
