If you are looking for a quick cheap bite, this isn’t your place. If you want to spend a few bucks more and have a fantastic meal, you came to the right place! We had a spicy chicken sandwich, maybe the best chicken I’ve been had. Along with a bowl of roasted red pepper and lobster soup. 2 people around $30, an excellent value for a meal of this quality!
I've driven past this place a lot but I just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. Man, have I been missing out! I love their Southwest potato and green chile soup (reminds me of a corn soup that chili's used to have like 10 years ago that I've never stopped longing for), they have a unique take on the grilled cheese which is quite rich and favorful. The staff is so nice especially the young African American lady that works there. They do a lot of little extras like a free chocolate covered dipped strawberry and free roll with certain items. On the create your own salad, they give you a generous amount of free add-ins and 2 free dressings before they charge you for anything additional, and everything is fresh and so delicious!! They will happily let you sample a couple soups so you can find your favourite. Oh and when I created an account I was surprised I had three free drinks to redeem! I really commend this place on how they run their business!
Always good food here. I enjoy the seasonal rotation, especially that provides some change of pace. I especially enjoy their soups and custard desserts. I recently had the brisket grilled cheese that was very tasty. I highly recommend eating here. You will not be disappointed. The only issue I have had is when ordering curbside pickup. After clicking, I'm here in the app, and waiting several minutes, I end up having to go inside and get my food. I'm not sure if it is because they are busy and understaffed, but kind of annoying. They should just not offer that option.
Great restaurant to have good food. Soup, Salads and sandwiches. Plus, dessert. There are different options for everyone!

all of the workers were nice and greeted us . The hospitality manager, Ke Ke , was amazing. She had a heart of service, and made us feel very welcomed. The food was excellent and it was a nice clean environment. I drive out of the way to come to this location. And this time I brought a friend who'd never had the food here and she was super pleased with her visit as well
I love Cafe Zupas. It's one of favorite restaurants in Phoenix. A must stop when I visit the Valley. I love the pick 2 combo, infusions, and the chocolate Carmel brownie. So worth the calories. My favorite is the Strawberry Harvest salad and Nuts and berries is a close 2nd. I have lots of allergies and these 2 I can enjoy. I loved the Pesto Chicken sandwich today and the Turkey Bacon avocado sandwich the other day. They serve the sandwiches hot and they are delicious. The infusions are so good. I rarely buy drinks when I'm out. Usually just a glass of water with 3-4 lemon slices but their infusions are so good and worth the price. Blackberry Basil infusion is really good and the Honey Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, and Citrus Berry infusion are the other favorites. Sample them all and pick your favorite.

Placed an online order and I got delayed in picking it up. Had to stop by a place and it took longer than expected. When I reached they said the order was placed 2 hrs ago and the food was cold so we had to discard it. They re-did my order right away. I am guilty of the food wastage but i learned my lesson. Thanks to the kind cashier who re-made my order.
Simple foods but pretty good. The sandwich was like a turkey and avocado with a honey mustard type dressing. The dressing was ok but probably would have left that off and had a side of it to dip in as needed. I also got a chicken tortilla soup which was good. Not busy at the time we went but will go back and try the place out again
I think i found some thing I like now lol. I like there chicken enchilada chili. So good. Tastes like chipotle in a soup. Also I like their Italian sub and their Turkey & avocado one. So good.
They also give you free covered strawberries with your purchase.
