My family and I were on our way back home to KC and stopped here for a quick bite. Best meal we have had during our entire vacation and very economical. Very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend
The service at George's is exceptional. The (assumed) owner was doing it all and giving each customer he encountered his utmost attention - and all with youthful enthusiasm and a smile. The gyros pita was absolutely delicious but my wife said the steak pita was the best "steak sandwich" she's ever had! We also tried the Reuben sandwich which was also very good. The seasoned fries are a great choice for a side but the greek salad is plentiful and a healthier choice. Great food, amazing value, and outstanding service. George will be seeing us a lot!
The food was fantastic and flavorful. The service was friendly and the portions generous! Definitely recommend this one.
Quick Lunch. I've had other gyros but was not impressed. We saw this place open up across the street so I thought I'd give it one more try.

Cute place and a little on the casual side. Granted, I showed up for lunch around 3:30pm so they were setting up for dinner. Had the Gyro w/fries. Both were generous portions and hot and delicious. I'd go back for sure!
Delicious. I love this place! My husband just took me there for the first time and it was wonderful. It's a little tucked away but worth the effort to find. I would recommend it and will definitely be going back.
Impressive. Portion sizes so big the Styrofoam plates squeak almost snapping under the load. Speaking of loads, the gyro and falafels are loaded onto your plate by miniature kitchen dump trucks. Maybe it was a super lucky night, the Chicago Bears were winning a football game...

We had the pork plate and the chicken plate with greek salad. Dressing is very tasty. The rice and the fries were a bit bland. Big portion. The meat was well seasoned. Served with bread and a lot of tzatziki sauce. Friendly service from the owner. Nothing special with the decor. We’ve been there several times and the food is always good. A lot to choose from the menu at reasonable prices.
Came here first thing in Phoenix, and was not let down! Huge portions and affordable. So many vegetarian options and it was great to see George himself working the register. Handmade with love, 11/10. We got the falafel greek salad, falafel pita, and a baklava. The baklava is top notch - George says it’s his grandma’s recipe!
I've been to Georges twice now, the first time was a week ago when we dined in. The second time we got take out. My wife has chicken parmesan both times I had a gyro pita the first time and a mix platter the second. The food was excellent on both occasions. Don't expect restaurant ambiance, this is more take out focused with some tables to eat at if you want to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The online ordering experience was slick and easy. I am pleased to offer this endorsement and I'll definately be back. OPA!
Very tasty! We had the original gyro pita and fries and really enjoyed it. Good size portions and packed full of flavor. The tzatziki sauce was very flavorful and had a wonderful thick texture. Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly.
My husband frequents this scrumptious restaurant often. Now he has me hooked. Today was this 5 star Greek Pita Pizza and small Greek Salad ( half eaten in my photo) . His order is always the delicious Greek Gyro with fries. I have enjoyed the Spanakopita and Greek Salad with Gyro meat. All fresh made and consistently GREAT.

Excellent food, very reasonable prices and incredibly fast take-out orders. Plan to go back and try more of their very large menu!
While I typically don't write many reviews, I must express how exceptional George's food is. My usual choice is the chicken plate, and I can't resist adding extra tzatziki sauce. However, yesterday I ventured to taste my husband's YA YA chicken, and it was a delightful surprise. Despite having sampled numerous tzatziki sauces elsewhere, I consistently find myself returning to George's for its unmatched flavor.
