We had such a pleasant visit! A group of us met there for a sorority meet up and brought the kids. The ice cream was delicious and it was so much fun watching them make the ice cream. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they had cashew based ice cream. She was very happy. I was able to get affogato. Sweets and a wake me up.
I've been here twice and have found it to be a solid and unique experience. My daughter wanted to go there to celebrate after her last chemistry lab, and she wasn't disappointed.
The ice cream was good, and being freshly made with fresh quality ingredients, it didn't leave you feeling like trash like other ice cream places can. They have good hours, being open until 11:00 PM, and the blasts of nitrogen fog also feel pretty fantastic on a hot Phoenix night.
My only complaints are that the prices are a bit steep, the lines are long (expect to wait about 45 minutes) and the inside seating is non existent. They few tables that they have should just be removed since they're in the waiting area. Just grab your ice cream and enjoy it outside.
Deliciousness in every bite!!! Taro flavor is one of the best ones I've tasted.. huge portions, kids loved it. Amazing show! Make sure you watch while they make it :)

A go-to ice cream place for me, great place to hang out and delicious ice cream, AND vegan friendly!! The staff is quick and friendly. It's always cool to see how the ice cream was made, highly recommend it. I'm just salty they changed their sizin.
Great selection of flavors; I've tried the matcha, mint and espresso so far. Great waffle cone (it's added to the paper cup, not truly cone-shaped) but as luck would have it the machine to make these was inoperative when I last visited. My only other complaint would be the meager portion of brownie that cost an extra $1.75, photo attached. During an earlier visit the brownie was somewhat larger and worth the upcharge.
Definitely kinda pricey for the ice cream that they have but the quality that goes through the process of creating it as well as the ingredients, definitely worth it. Bought a pint of my favorite flavor that they have there after I got my cone. Worth buying more!
Nitrogen made ice cream. Magic. Very tasty ice cream made to order. Not cheap, and at popular times the line will be out the door. No fixing that in a place this small. Of course seating will be an issue as well during popular times, as there isn't much of it inside or out, and plenty more customers wanting to sit down. Larger parties will have to eat standing up. Well worth it, as it is really good ice cream. Try expresso or macha tea affogato which is a great contrast of tastes.
Ice cream made custom for you! Choose from dairy or non-dairy base, plenty of mix in options. This is a process and takes a few minutes, but fun to watch :) densely creamy results.
Price adds up quickly but great taste and cool experience to see it made
