It was fine. It's a holiday inn. You get what you expect. Complimentary breakfast is okay and they have a pancake machine, it was decent. The place was clean and not too pricey. Also my baby rolled over on her own for the first time ever, so that's cool.
Haven't smashburger since I left Phoenix 5 years ago.

No Combo Options, Good Service, Fried Pickles were Waaay too Salty and Onions are not Diced and Hard to eat when you take a Bite and the String out of your Burger...
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did come after the lunch rush, and when the manager came around to ask how everything was, I told him that the burger seemed over-seasoned. (The fries were a bit over-seasoned as well, but still very yummy). He offered to take it back and have it redone, and the replacement burger was perfect!
One of the better burgers I've had in a while...very fresh and what you would expect from a good burger. Milk shake was excellent as well...I will be going back for sure. Be advised, the quality and freshness take a couple minutes longer than traditional fast food...its only a couple of minutes, and it's well worth it.
Superior food, clean store, epic staff. That's what you can count on at this location. So glad to have found this one.
We always come to this location and we're always happy with the service and food. We decided to treat ourselves and get the Oreo milkshake, it was awesome, but the staff was cooler still. Dontez (I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) was super nice and funny, he made sure we were happy with our order, and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely return and recommend this location.
Pleasantly suprised. Burgers galore. I got the classic and it was wonderful. I was warned that the french fries were mediocre at best. Not true! They were crisp, fresh and delicious. No need for catsup there. Staff was friendly and attentive. All in all a good experience. I'll be back!
How do you do a review for Smashburger? Let's be honest, they have excellent hamburgers. Their fries are really good too, the smash fries are my wife's favorite french fry on the planet.
So then why in the world would I give them 4 stars? It's simple, the price.
I'm sorry, they are good burgers all over the place and there is nothing about Smashburger that warrants its price. You dressing up the way you want it, add a couple things here and there and it becomes the most expensive hamburger I've ever paid for.
Again, it's an excellent burger. On a scale of 1 to 10 it's a solid 9. It's just not worth what you have to pay to get it.
That's the reason why I don't go to Smashburger very often. In fact if they hadn't been running a "National Cheeseburger Day" special, buy one get one free, I wouldn't have gone today.
This is fast food with some extras. The food was very good, including the salads. I was surprised at the portions - on the small side. This was a relatively small restaurant, so I assume it can get crowded - it wasn't while we were there. Service was quick and friendly - they bring your order to the table.
