This was my first time to Texas Roadhouse and I cant say enough of what a great experience we had. Our server Markus was very personable and attentive making sure everything was ok. Well it wasn’t just ok it was actually amazing! The rolls with cinnamon butter was yum but the rib eye steak was beyond delish. The seasoning and texture was perfect as was the baked potato! The atmosphere was fun and all the servers did a line dance at one point which was really cute. The prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend...I would give 10 stars if the rating existed. New favorite steakhouse!!
The food was of course great, but even better was our waiter, Jose! He was personable and super friendly. All the staff was on point making sure we had enough rolls, drinks, and that our food was to our liking. Really great establishment!
Good experience! It was a good place to have a steak. I changed it a bit and had pork shops they were good, but I will go back to my steak. The blooming onion will never disappoint you. Atmosphere they have a cute dance, but the energy and their face seem like they are not enjoying it.
Best Texas roadhouse I've been in. Always really busy with a great atmosphere. Q the music and the staff all go into line dancing mode. Great food,steaks are fantastic. A good night out for all the family.
Despite being ery crowded, we got seated pretty quickly. Our server was great. Her service was great as well. We got to watch the birthday line dance celebration. Food was excellent. Rolls and cinnamon butter are delicious. We will return.
Ari was our bartender, she was amazingly efficient and very welcoming. I had a great dining experience too, so I would definitely recommend this place. I had the beef tips with sauteed mushrooms and onions with a side of "loaded sweet potato" ... Best stuff EVER!
First time ordering their beef tips..OMG new favorite, especially since I always order a chicken dish of some sort. LOVED the beef tips.
Young server spoke very low, could hardly hear her. Very skimpy on the extra mushrooms and onions, corn and mashed potatoes had no flavor, brown gravy was SO PEPPERed I couldn't even eat it. Server treated me like I was too old to figure out how to use the self pay at the table, prolly cause she made us wait 10 min for the check. Highly doubt if I would eat there again.
Been coming to this location for years and only once had an issue with a waitress but we were overly compensated by management, so kudos to them for that. Today though, I decided I'll leave my review. Came right in and was seated immediately. Service was great, forgot the young lady's name but she was awesome. All of our (myself, my wife and 2 boys) food was cooked to perfection. First time I've ever had their boneless buffalo wings and boy oh boy that taste was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing! I'll add pics of our food but I'd recommend this place for sure.
For a Brit, this had a classic American steakhouse vibe.
It was surprisingly busy for Tuesday, but they managed to get us seated and the service was really friendly and welcoming.
The food to was really good, with lovely cuts of beef. All-in-all, I really enjoyed my dinner here.
Wait, staff was great, the place was clean. The food was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and both gravies, I decided the brown gravy was better than the white, that was my preference.
I WOULD RECOMMEND.
Look... I love the food but the pickup service needs to be reworked. Every time I go to pick up my order I have to battle through a sea of people at the front door, only to be directed to a tiny computer desk in the middle of the most high-traffic intersection in the restaurant where staff and customers are shoulder to shoulder as we bump into each other awkwardly...
Maybe just bring the food out to the car like other services? Or, have a designated pickup section inside that isn't located in the center of the restaurant.
