The Capital Grille

Outstanding! Dining there for Thanksgiving was a great experience. The turkey dinner and peppercorn steak were beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. Chef Matt Miller is clearly talented with a gift in understanding flavor profiles. The wait staff were professional, friendly and made the dining experience feel like you were a welcome guest in their home. Jessica, our designated wait staff, checked in with us often, and offered insights and suggestions. (Be sure to try the amazing salads - how can a salad be that good!). Ambiance was great, had soft music in background, easy to have a conversation. Much bigger inside than it appears with a range of table top sizes (good for singles, couples, groups )also small outside patio dining. Also the Long Island cocktail and the virgin Mojito were perfectly made. Kudos to the bartender. Overall, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience here for our 30th anniversary. The staff and food was great and went above and beyond thank you we shall return!!!!

Excellent all the way around as always.. never a disappointing meal. Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails and Sushi-Grade Sesame Seared Tuna with Gingered Rice, White Soy and Sambal Vinaigrette were perfectly cooked and well seasoned too. Highly recommend dining here if you're in town 👌

An Exquisite Journey of Culinary Delights at Capital Grille Oh, where do I even begin to describe my recent experience at Capital Grille in the charming Biltmore area of Phoenix? It was simply magical! From the moment I stepped through those elegant doors, I knew I was in for a treat. Let me tell you, the ambiance was out of this world. They've created a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like royalty, and I instantly felt relaxed and excited about the evening ahead. Now, let's talk about the food! Oh my goodness, it was pure heaven. Each dish was a work of art, thoughtfully crafted with flavors that danced on my taste buds. I couldn't help but savor every single bite, and the attention to detail in the presentation made it even more special. But I have to be honest, there was one small hiccup—the hosting staff. We arrived 45 minutes early and decided to wait in the bar area. I noticed tables clearing up, so we returned at 7:25 to check if our table was ready. A hostess told us that the table was still being prepared by other staff, but I couldn't help but observe her walking over to start to clear a table herself that had been empty for 10 minutes. It seemed like the three ladies behind the stand preferred to stick together, and their attitudes were not as delightful or compelling as the rest of the experience. Despite this minor disappointment, the rest of the staff at Capital Grille more than made up for it. The service was impeccable, and the passion they had for their work truly shone through. They treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure we had the most incredible dining experience possible. And even without a sommelier, the wine selection was still top-notch, and the servers were knowledgeable enough to recommend perfect pairings that elevated the flavors of the dishes. Honestly, Capital Grille is the place to be for any celebration or special occasion. But you know what? You don't even need a reason to treat yourself to this delightful experience. It's a sanctuary of fine dining where every moment is cherished, and every dish is prepared with love and care. I can't stop raving about my time at Capital Grille, and I know for sure that I'll be returning whenever I get the chance. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Thank you Tatum for being such an awesome server! The atmosphere was a bunch of rich white people who think they're better than most; however, that did not negate the fun our party of 8 had despite us being non-rich white people. Ha! :)
