I always love going to the NE Philly Pretzel Factory on Frankford Avenue. I went in and orders some pretzels, pretzel dogs and a couple drinks. You can purchase Philadelphia Water Ice in the store as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pretzels are always fresh and delicious.

The customer service was fantastic today as I came in for their 25th anniversary!! I got pretzels & a pretzel dog which were both delicious especially with the cheese cup! I will definitely be back again soon for more 😋

This is actually my favorite Pretzel factory to shop at...everyone and I mean everyone is amazing...wonderful! Calm always have a smile of their face and eager to wait on you. This is a regular burger king...you go in there and You the customer....Have It Your Way! You want pretzels from middle, the end, hot, warm, sticky, crunchy...it does not matter, they never complain and keep smiling while your in their presence.Great food, Great people, Great atmosphere...including the customers.
