I had my birthday dinner here and it was amazing! It is a casual restaurant but we still enjoyed ourselves in our heated private igloo!! The waitstaff was fantastic especially Steph! We will definitely be back in the Spring!
High class club. Great atmosphere. Excellent service and staff. They are very selective on who they let in. If you are rude or disorderly or look like trouble you will NOT get in. They do this to keep out the rif raff and keep the patrons safe from the LOW CLASS DRUNKS.
Great little place in Philly, frozen drinks are a great way to go. Reservations for the lounge chairs I would recommend!
Interesting people watching. Club vibe, good energy. But $8 beers. Probably only worth it if you're a member and get in for free
If they limit the amount of guests to one per member and enforce their own rules a little better this place would be much better. Other then that the water is kept perfectly cool, drinks are affordable, and the music isn't usually overbearing.
The service is very good, they are attentive, clean up lazy peoples mess, and always seem in a good mood (even when they probably should be annoyed). The drinks are tasty but definitely could be a little more spirit forward.
I definitely enjoy my time here, but if they keep allowing in so many people they definitely need more seating in the sun because it so quickly feels too crowded.
I have to give this place 5 stars! The vibe and atmosphere at Vesper Dayclub cool and chic. All of the staff have been very nice to me thus far. I haven't tried the food yet but the frozen drinks are tasty and strong.The only downside I would probably mention is limited seating on the lower level but there is additional seating on the upstairs deck.
It's sad to see some fellow minorities calling this place racist. I have plenty of other minority friends who applied for memberships- some have gotten in and others have not. I would never go far as to say that it's a discriminatory establishment because there are plenty of non-minorities and minorities who have not been approved for memberships.
We had a great time there for a princess brunch the day before Valentine's day. Germantown Garden Grille had warmed igloos set up around the pool. The princess circulated herself to all the guests. It was so nice! Never too old for a princess party...
Monarch is such a great spot especially to enjoy on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Our server was James and he was awesome. He made our experience even more enjoyable, James recommended The shrimp and grits which were TO DIE FOR!! It was simply amazing. We wind up staying for hours honestly because of James' great customer service. He made us feel at home, and his recommendations of their signature cocktails was on point! I tried Mothers Milk and it was sooo good. I also had the fruity French toast which was simply amazing. I recommend this establishment and James as the server to anyone! Thanks monarch for such a great time and awesome wait staff!!
I really great adaptation to dining during the COVID pandemice. The food was really good. The staff was a bit overwelmed by the crowd so the service was just "OK". However, we ALL are adjusting. 2 "thumbs up" for the overall experience.
Cool spot awesome vibe.
I feel like they pulled the okie dokie on the cover charge. Online said $20 and it ended up costing $50 at opening. When my friend arrived 45mins later they charged her $75.
However, overall I had a good time and will return. The unclearness on the cost was the only irritating part
