Clearly, continues to be one of the best Asian (Chinese) restaurants in Chestnut Hill. Order the basics and you will receive prompt delivery, piping hot food, great sauces, and exactly what you ordered. Great, quick dinner, reasonably priced and depending on the day or cook, delicious!

Got some shrimp fried rice, egg rolls, and ribs. When I asked for more duck sauce for my ribs, they generously offered me two small containers of their "home-made" duck sauce, which was far superior to the duck sauce in the plastic packs. They were far from generous with the amount of shrimp in their shrimp fried rice, plus the consistency of the rice was far from "fluffy." The egg rolls were tasty and the Service was good. Not a bad place to consider when you don't feel like cooking dinner.
King's is the go to place in chestnut hill for Chinese take out! Definitely the best price around and you're not missing out on quality. Everything is so tasty! Better suited for take out than dine in, but I've eaten in the dining room plenty of times too.
KING'S GARDEN'S orders are always correct, very tasty, large portions, great prices and they will make changes to suit your request with a very nice, clean atmosphere.
Tina and her son Randy make you feel very comfortable and show their appreciation for your business. The rest of the staff along with Tina's husband who runs the kitchen, knows how to make so many delicious entrees that the choices will keep you coming back for many years!

As a Mt. Airy resident I was a regular. Now I leave in Queen Village, it's election day and I have to go back to Mt. Airy to vote and equally important, I'll get a chance to visit King's Garden again. The food is excellent, the ambience comfortable, and they are very nice to their guests - especially my vegetarian friends. Some folks have complained about the service. They can be abrupt when they are busy. Don't take it personal - they seem to be very focused. Go off hours and they are absolutely charming.
Excellent value. Food is delicious, service is great, and drinks are extraordinary at an excellent price! I'm seriously dieting, watching every calorie, and all my "special" request were graciously accommodated, with NO up-charges. We love this place! In case you missed it, coctails are unexpectedly wonderful at amaxingly great prices.
