Pretty good, clean (rare these days) Starbucks, much space. It was overall beyond what i would expect from Starbucks in Philadelphia. If you find a seat, it is very convenient to do some quick work between meetings.
All right please don't hate me but, I was homeless from March 2022 to July 2023, and I used to come here for a safe, warm (or cool) space , often purchasing when I could, but I sometimes would spend a few hours there depending on what time I thought I afforded myself.
Everyone was SUPER cool. They never looked at me weird, and always allowed me to use the bathroom. Man that is what more of this world needs. Friendliness and compassion. This location literally helped me survive a very rough time of my life, and it's still a favorite hang spot of mine now that I am housed. :)
It's very dirty. I sat on sticky on one of the chairs. The tables always are dirty. (And I go early in the morning so there's no way it got like that so quickly.) The bathroom is locked which is good but it still needs to be attended to and cleaned throughout the day. It never looks like it's been mopped, or disinfected. Because of the number of homeless people that come here, it's important to stay extra diligent. Perhaps offering a job to someone homeless to help clean throughout the day would a win win!
I love where this is located, it’s easy to get to work from here and the morning rush doesn’t seem all that bad (if I worked here I would definitely say differently), but it is busy! ☺️
I say 4 stars because my sandwich is weirdly empty on one side, so the ratios are really off. But the service was fantastic and the shop was really clean and very organized!
Great atmosphere, aesthetically attractive interior and window design, and, as a remote employee, I get a lot of work done here on my laptop. I don't mind a decent amount of noise. The drinks are great and the staff is really nice. Definitely recommend.
Great starbucks! The inside is super nice and is very well located. The interior is very clean and the decor is good. Also, it's not too noisy where you can actually get work done. The one complaint is it's a little slow but not too bad.
Always a positive experience with this location. Usually order on the Starbucks app while walking my dog to make things easier. They allow dogs inside as you pick up your order and you can get a pup cup if that’s something you’re interested in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They’ve done a great job at handling the Covid restrictions and regulations over the past few months. I live equal distance from this Starbucks location and another one, but I always choose this one.
I've been here at least 4 times, and the staff here are genuinely sweet and nice all the time. I'll only come to this store from now on. The seats are clean and I love the vibe.
It's a nice, sunny, bright Starbucks in a good location near the Rittenhouse Square. The baristas were friendly and on my last visit I was able to snag a seat (they are frequently full when I go). The only remarkable thing about this store is the racism incident this store had a few years ago. I can't speak for that and if you're interested you can look it up but currently the staff seemed diverse and welcoming (I'm white).
I got there super early so the manager that was suppose to open at 5:30 am never showed up and the barista that was there was stuck not knowing what to do but only having wait for the manager to show up ,he said he wasn't allowed to open up without the manager so I understood no biggie but I had to use the facilities naming the restroom and the gent actually let me in so definitely a nice guy and wasn't even suppose to open but still showed up on time a very good employee indeed I think the manager there that opens in the morning should take some pointers from that employee or maybe they should switch and reverse their positions in the hierarchy of that store .
