This was my first Playa Bowl experience. I stopped by for a juice and this place was busy which is always a good sign. There were only 3 employees working.
We ordered a Green room juice and green smoothie with some customisations. The employee working on the register had hard time with the tablet (probably couldn’t find the key to add chia seeds) which is not a big deal.
As we were waiting for 10minutes in, one of the employees who was done with her shift looked angry. Looked like she was having a bad day and started screaming and talking loud for some reason.
The green room juice was good but the green smoothie wasn’t the best (I have had some great tasting green smoothies)
Overall the location and atmosphere were great. Wish the service was faster and next time they give our juice and smoothie faster. Management should hire more employees.
Ps- The people working there were sweet.
Overall a quick and cool spot to grab a juice or healthy snack. The two employees there today, (Saturday 10/28/23) managed to give great customer service while simultaneously seeming very busy. Amazingly kind faces and demeanor for folks busting out food orders and doing prep.
Great product and experience generally - but especially today. Thanks so much for the delicious juice!
Delicious healthy meal option. Love the fruit and that you can add protein! New location was pretty empty but very clean and the women working were very nice when I picked up my online order.
My daughter and I have been 3 times. We absolutely love the smoothies and bowls (electric mermaid is great!) Service is quick, and my daughter is obsessed with the decor.
The staff are always so welcoming, kind and work fast! Love their açaí bowls. 10/10 recommend

It was pretty okay but reviews price hurts lol and also be careful coming in the door is very heavy and once you let go when you walk in just be careful the food was pretty good but the fruit sometimes are way to sour but some toppings are great🫶🫶

Not sure what some of the power reviews got but from my experience it was great, bowl’s delicious a lot of fruit, good ingredients, and staff was very nice. Will be coming back
always delicious and always quick. Not all Playa Bowls taste good, all depends on the smoothie chef!
The PB staff always welcome every single guest walking in. It’s a nice touch.
