If I lived in South Philly, this would be my go to bar. Good beers, nice people. Hardly anyone was on the phone at the bar, and I talked to the people on both sides of us.
Neighborhood dive at its best. Great food, they have a bunch of awesome vegan dishes - the wings are banging! Affordable drinks, friendly bar staff.
One of the best spots in South Philly. People who work there are great and super friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working there. Food is really good too. Always recommend!
I haven't had the opportunity to visit on my personal time. This is one of my super friendly customers that had been in business longer than many other bigger pubs. If a business has lasted this amount of time then they are on to something right. Clark is a great guy but I'm sure his customers already know all this. I suggest spending some time here.

I gave this place 3 stars last Time I visited but have been back a few times now and I was definitely wrong. This bar has a very warm, good vibe and the people who work here are excellent. It's my go to pub in Passyunk Square now.

Whenever my crew and I wanna chill for hours at a time and order some wings and waffle fries, we always always always hit up Lucky 13.

Love this place. Really great food. The best waffle fries around. Also, the wings are incredible. Consistently good beer list and cocktails. I love the sour cherry lemontini. Perfect casual spot with plenty of seating and the staff is really friendly.
The quesadillas are very excellent! (Note: you usually get a salsa and a cup of sour cream stuff but I love their salsa, so I ask for two salsas instead of a salsa and a sour cream).
