This place is extremely inconsistent. I've had some impeccable stir fries & rice bowls here, and I've had some stir fries & rice bowls that had too little protein or were so drenched in sauce that they were almost inedible. 4/5 times they're pretty good, though, hence the 4/5 stars. They are also *usually* more generous with proteins and toppings than Honeygrow is. (I compare the two because it's a similar concept - order custom stir fry/rice bowl via kiosk. For what it's worth, I like the vegetable selection better here, but prefer Honeygrow's proteins. Sauces are a tie.)
The staff is friendly & usually gets my order right. However, don't come towards the end of the day if you want to eat-in, because they tend to start cleaning up/putting up all of the chairs an hour before they close. I saw several customers slipping on the slick floors the last time I was there.
Very nice selection of deli meats and sandwiches. I like the fresh basil and horseradish options. Not a lot of places to eat around here, so it’s nice that this place exists!
Great salads. Good price and good portion. People are great here as well.
Good food, have had the Chicken sandwich twice - not exactly the healthiest on the menu, but was a very good sandwich. Had the waffle fries - salt and vinegar . First time excellent, 2nd time, really not so good. I think it is worth a 3rd try to see what way they actually bend. Staff was efficient, but not exactly friendly - I know lunch is busy, so again, you can give a mulligan, and see how they are during a slower point.
I have only visited one time, but the location was extremely clean. I liked ordering on the touch screen, and our food was cooked to order promptly. The food was fresh and we both enjoyed our meals. I wish there was a location like this around me that I could visit more often!
Limited menu, but they do allow you many customization options, and the food is good. I wish they'd bring back white rice! But I'll keep coming back anyhow. The egg white noodles are good.
Pretty good food, came out fast, but when I wanted a bag to go literally nobody would stop to help me. One guy working there was too busy creeping on a random woman to even acknowledge that I was waiting for help, and there were three other people doing nothing and also not helping me. Really disappointing service.
Custom order was a little clumsy, they still put edamame in when I de-selected it (but tasted good any way). I was hoping to still order traditionally, but the order process on the screen wasn't as intimidating as in might expect. Great food!
My husband works downtown and this was a place he tried out for the very first time , the staff was very helpful and kind Brittany was the lady that assisted him with his order and his food looked amazing and was very delicious!! Would definitely eat here again super satisfied.
Affordable delicious salads and stir frys with generous portions. Fast service and fresh ingredients. Would recommend to a friend for a quick lunch or dinner !
