Let's just say that it's in my top two favorite places to exceed my daily caloric intake. Be aware, the hot sauce is HOT! Almost as hot as Jon Snow and Khalesi on white sheets. And speaking of white, the white sauce is delicious too. Anyway, all jokes aside, it's a great place, friendly staff, and some pretty awesome food.
Delicious food. The white sauce is a must. My meal was large enough to have next day. Grand opening dec 28, 2016. Long line but went fast. Very friendly staff.
Overall it pretty good food, I went there after a NOTO concert at 2am. I didn’t expect to get such a big portion for a regular size (smaller bowl was only a $1 less). Great staff at that time, food variations were limited but that’s on me going there at 2am.
As always, this place knocked it out of the park. We went to the NYC carts several times on a recent trip so when we saw that they had a location here we had to stop in. The chicken platter was amazing and the baklava was excellent. If you are in the area I would highly suggest checking this place out. The white sauce is to die for!
I had a late night food run to the Halal Guys and they did not disappoint!!! I got a meat platter and some falafel. It was delicious!!! I plan to get the chicken platter and hummus on my next visit. The hot sauce is spicy so taste it before slapping it on. They gave me a generous amount of the white sauce and it definitely complimented the food nicely! I will definitely keep stopping by while I am in Philadelphia!
Our food was SO good. We haven’t had them since our visit to NYC, so we were excited to have it again in Philly. Highly recommend!
I do travel with my students around the states in different and I can say that Justin M is the best manager I met out of all the branches of Halal guys. 👏

Experience 2: Khadija was the absolute nicest person to deal with! My order was prepared just on time, she made sure everything was in my bag ensuring that me and my team had a more than satisfying meal with the family tray. I couldn't have been more pleased with her service!
First time eating this type of food. It was good. Nothing to make me want to go back. Maybe it's just my lack of experience so take that into consideration when reading this. The staff was pleasant. Zero seating is in the restaurant. There is a shared corridor with the restaurant next door and the one upstairs that had two metal tables with chairs. Felt like I was eating in a dark alley that was a wind tunnel in cold January which brought down my experience.
Super sweet and friendly staff, Khadeeja went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect in our order, the food was good and fresh, also got ready super fast
