Overall, not a bad experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the food came quickly. The youngsters working there as previously stated several times most certainly need customer service and restaurant hygiene training!
I ordered four Pizzas on 09/03/2023, including two CBR. Unfortunately, they added bacon on my two CBR even though I requested no bacon. The following day, I contacted customer service, but since they were taking too long to get back to me - I went back to the store with the two CBR and they corrected the issue. Customer service also got back to me and said they issued a refund for the two pizzas and dropped a pie on my account. I appreciate the professionalism and diligence with which both the store and customer service handled the issue.
The folks at &pizza were great! I ended up changing my order and they rolled with it like pros. I had a lot of questions and they had all the answers. I recommend the spicy red sauce - it adds a good kick to the pizza, even when reheated. But by far, the knots were the best. The Garlic Knots and Naughty Knots both tasted great and they reheated well up to two days later. My only regret is how long it took me to finish everything; but then I did get to see how well things survived reheating. I'm coming back to the Rittenhouse location on my next trip to Philadelphia!
It’s good, first time trying pizza out here since I’m bias to nyc pizza. Only thing is was a bit burnt and took extra time because they gave my pizza to someone else lol. Could’ve thrown me a cookie for the inconvenience lol.
Staff seemed cool and chill and polite.
This place has the most satisfying pizza I've had in a long time, it's always hot the moment you pick it up in shop and is just the right temperature to house it once you have your show queued up. On the fun occasion I have leftovers, it reheats perfectly in the toaster oven. Service at this location is on point, Alex and the team are killing it out there!
I still miss the naughty knots they discontinued, but won't hold that against them. Their other desserts hold up, my new favorites are the fruity rice crispy jawns. I'm also a fan of their sodas, but I hear they're coming out with new drinks soon. Can't wait!

Let me be clear..the pizza is always great! Now that I have gotten that out of the way. Lol. Let's talk about great service. Tee, is a wonderful employee...she's fast, down to earth, works well under pressure and is super courteous. I had an issue with my order in the past, she apologized and made me a new one. I was just looking for a discount because of the error. I have personally witnessed a lot of attitudes, people come and go but good old Tee remains. Smiling through the lunch time rush of the day & ready take your order.
Give this girl a raise...she is truly a great asset to the company. I look for her face when I enter the establishment. It is not easy working with the general public but she does it so gracefully. I should know because I do it everyday with a smile on my face. Show your employees that you appreciate their hard work, dedication, time and commitment. When you come across a great employee hold on to them before they become disenchanted or someone else simply takes them away from you. She would be a great assistant or store manager in the future. Remember that you heard it here first. Thanks again Tee for your pleasantries and good energy you are a &pizza rock star!!!
Good food, but the wait was double what the app called for and they didn't use the window. Additionally they don't have seating like other locations.
I pride myself on being able to eat a good amount of pizza due to having trained with Lorenzo's slices as a boy. I love that I can guiltlessly indulge in an entire pie and still have room to hit up ice cream across the street. Perfect for a cheat day on a gorgeous afternoon in the city!
Cool concept and tastes really good. I have been here a couple times now. The service is fast and the staff is cool. Looking for something quick and tasty I’d recommend giving it a try. We also tried the knots last night also and they were good. It’s always fun to create your own pizza, and at reasonable price.
The pizza is good. I ordered a margarita. The crust was crispy and the toppings for delicious.
