Absolutely love coming here for happy hour. The service is always great and it’s never too crowded, so I can always get a seat at the bar. Definitely recommend the French onion soup and cheese curds!

Fantastic restaurant! The food, beer/cocktails, and environment are superb. But what stands out is the staff. We had our rehearsal dinner in the upper room and preordered our food a day in advance. All of it came out perfectly, and the attendees raved about the food throughout the night (Highly recommend the Brisket Entree or the Duck Salad). Jackie was with us for the evening, and she was absolutely delightful and just on the ball, turning our dinner into a party.

Really great food and a nice selection of beer and cocktails. I had the poutine, which is probably the best I've had in the city, my wife had the salmon special which she said was "perfect" and my dad had the Emlen burger which he really enjoyed as well. We finished our meal off with the chocolate mousse, which was fantastic. Highly recommended. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and we had an enjoyable time.

I love this bar and their trivia nights! The setting is really cool. It is located in a remote part of Philly, surrounded by other hidden gem businesses. They have good appetisers and the bartenders are very friendly. The staff makes frequent eye contact and conversation so that you feel noticed as a customer. This will be my go to place!

Great brunch selection, with their poached eggs poached to perfection. They offer drinks as well, and they made quite the strong Irish coffee the day I visited. Prices for brunch are very decent, with drinks a little pricey, but that's what you get when you want to enjoy 5 o'clock somewhere in the world.

Great food, server was very nice especially to our 3 yr old. Parking is a bit of a problem. Had to park on a neighboring street. Would definitely come back. I enjoyed the scollops, my husband had the trout special and father-in-law had duck salad. Everyone was very happy with their meals. My 3yr old son even liked the trout.

The waiter made the experience. Don't get me wrong though, the food was great too. I had the Poutine as well as the dumplings while the wife had the brisket. Everything we ate was enjoyable. They have a fairly good beer menu as well.

Love this place. Been going regularly for years. Service is almost always exceptional and friendly. Very great variety of drinks and food. Mussels are the best in town, full flavorful complex broths that you'll be asking for more and more bread to sop up every bit, highly recommend the "greene mussels." The apricot chipotle wings are a must have. The burgers are exceptional quality all around the board. Ambiance is sweet and chic.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. Don't skip dessert! The creme brulee is the best I've ever had. The beer selection is a great mix of all types.

This place is another one of those hidden little gems! It was my second time there and it was on Father's day. So we expected a bit of a crowd, but because it's so tucked away, we almost had the place all to ourselves!! They have a nice outdoor patio seating area and an extensive craft beer selection!! The Evil Genius, "I can't even" was the perfect beer for °90 weather! A watermelon flavored refresher that they had on tap! The decor is wood and metal, a low-key gastro pub vibe. The chef's dishes are eclectic Americana favorites, like fish tacos, smoked brisket and braised collards, and a juicy, crispy buttermilk battered chicken sandwich with a chipotle aioli! All of them plated pretty and taste even better than they look!!
