Stopped in for pretzels for percussion section before Temple game. I didn’t realize I needed to preorder the amount. The staff, said no problem, we got you. I appreciate it the dedication to fulfill the orders!
We just love their pretzels. They are not heavy and doughy. They are the pretzels we used to buy for a nickel each at Catholic School back in the 60's. Not only delicious but bring back childhood memories.
Great place employees where trying their best to get orders out but some people don't grasp the point that its superbowl sunday

Had to send the husband in here before we headed to the airport. Just like any other Philly soft location we were not disappointed. The pretzels were hot, fresh and with just the right amount of salt. Thank you!

Pretzels are always hot and I love the cinnamon dip. I also love the mini ones, they r awesome to take them into school for my son nd his classmates!! Philly Pretzel Factory is the bomb! South Philly has the best food and the ppl who live here are the craziest but the most generous of all!! The atmosphere is very cool.. There is a field nd a playground ND across the street there is a shopping center where u can buy food, games, clothes, hair dye, ND much more! I love 😍 my city.🇺🇸🇺🇲🏆♥🏫🌈🥇❌⭕❌⭕❌⭕✖️⭕🆒💯
Hot, soft, and delicious pretzels ever. Today however when I got home, (11/5/22), I realized I was given a pretzel that was burnt on the bottom. Not good Pretzel Factory @3rd & Oregon!!!
