Despite the other reviews, I thought this place was great! The staff was super nice and friendly, we got our stuff quickly. The hot tea here is delicious and it's a very warm and cozy environment.
Good location, employees always very polite( especially the blonde in the morning ) and if order ahead food usually ready.
Though it's certainly not the best coffee can't beat the unlimited sip club offer .
Bad things are can be a wait if don't order ahead,if go later in day certainly may not be all that clean. ( Only went once past noon and yea was dirty , especially the bathroom).
I went here to grab some quick bite was two of my friends, since it is in Center City and is very easy to walk through from the Jefferson station. It is classic Panera menu for people who already know Panera. But if this is your first time and you’re looking for a quick bite just know that the portions are a little bit smaller than you would expect them to be. Like their salad by itself may not be enough to make you feel full even though it taste great you would want to get another snack or soup or a fruit do you have pretty good drinks but they’re all lemonade, so be careful if you have lemon allergy. Of course they have other type of drinks as well.
Love the Unlimited Sips club. One of the staff is a little rude to me consistently, but everyone else is very cool. Nice to enjoy my morning there. Please keep your tables clean!
The restaurant locates in the same building as Home 2 Suites by Hilton. Very tasty and healthy food. Very good option for young children. Very convenient electronic system of order. Consumer loyalty program gives you opportunity to get some free cookies. Highly recommended to visit!

It's a bussling place with casual music playing in the background. Its good for studying and relaxing. The food overall prioritizes health: no junk food. Theres sandwiches, breadbowls, and tons of varieties of juice. Its very proficient in its services despite the fact there's only two stores in the city.
It was pretty fast and the food was great as usual. I love the new kiosk system but it kind of creates a jam because you don't know which line to get into. Avoid during lunch time or order online and pick up because there is not a lot of space in the pick up area.
I was waiting to be waited on at the counter, although there were two employees they acted as though they hadn't noticed me. I finally said excuse me for the 4th or 5th time and then I got service. Food was pretty good though.
