The food is great. Tony and his team really understands and loves food, you can tell through the little details of the menu and plating. Highly recommend it!
A great new addition to the Philly BYO scene. The place is small and intimate. Excellent menu on the blackboard with something for all eaters. And the service aims to please...from the owner to wait staff...they sincerely care to make sure you have a great experience. We will certainly return and have already recommended it to a number of friends.
We had walked by this restaurant several times and just never was able to stop in. I am so happy that we finally dined there!

I ordered the hanger steak with fingerling potatoes and green beans. The steak was cooked perfectly!

This place is amazing! The food is great the atmosphere is great I truly can’t find anything negative about this place. Came for brunch with friends and the owner Tony accommodated our group of 10. Definitely come in and check this place out.
Absolutely fabulous. Every dish is expertly crafted without feeling pretentious or precious. Think fine dining meets home cooked comfort food. Outside of that, the vibe and Tony's service elevated the entire experience to another level. GO!

Please make reservations! This place is cute and honestly I did not know what to expect. We just had one of the best dinners ever hands down! Octopus, Mac and cheese, chicken pate, sea bass, and duck breast. All for just two people.. Did we order too much? Yes but absolutely no regrets. The flavors we're delicious and well balanced. Service was spot on and didn't miss a beat. We'll be back Jaxon BYOB. Yes we will!
Food is AMAZING and easily on par with some of the well-known restaurants in the city if not better. Although the setup is in a single small room, it doesn't feel overcrowded as there aren't tables being crammed together like many restaurants do. Owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly... passionate for his restaurant and food. Loved it and will definitely be back.
Not big on leaving reviews unless I am really impressed but This is well-deserved. We had an awesome dinner here tonight. The food was next level and the ambiance was relaxed and inviting. What made this experience memorable though, was the owner. He explained the menu in great detail for us when we arrived. The pure passion he has for his restaurant, the food and his patrons really shines through in everything he does which is refreshing and awesome to experience. Will be back!
"Upscale Hipster" is how I would describe this place. A quaint BYOB with amazing food. Smaller dishes but huge flavors. I went in a party of 10 and the staff was very helpful in explaining all the dishes, what is in them and if any changes were needed due to allergies.
Highly recommend. Definitely coming back. The lamb neck & octopus was so good.
I can’t recommend it highly enough. We had a stellar dinner on the terrasse on a late summer evening, and were treated to excellent service and food from Tony & Paul. It’s an evolving, flowing menu kind of place, so listing favourite dishes as recommendations is a bit fruitless, but we were lucky enough to have a chicken liver pâté, octopus and taramasalata, lamb neck, sturgeon, and amazing seared scallops. A great meal and evening provided by two passionate & hardworking guys and their staff.
