Our go to place in the Northeast for a great meal. The scallops and shrimp over pappardale is my favorite. White sauce over clams or mussels to die for. So glad I tried the soup. So good. So many options.
I will absolutely be going back!! Their food was amazing, the lobster ravioli was delicious, the bread was outstanding and the portions were perfect! Great service and great food, I have been recommending this restaurant to everyone I know since last night!
Hidden away on Frankford Ave in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia,is great little restaurant with an Italian flavor. This BYOB, has pasta specials and other other meat and fish entrees. Their soup , salads and bread add tasty flavor to the dinner. The restaurant is small but family friendly and the prices are modest.
Best Italian spot for me and my hubby!!! Decent price, serving and taste!!! We've been to too many Italian restaurants all over the city and Emma's is the best so far!
I typically see this restaurant on UberEats. Tonight I decided to make a reservation and went to dinner alone. The inside is very nice with red linen and place settings. The service was efficient and the gentleman giving the specials was very knowledgeable. My waitress was attentive and kept my water filled and checked on me throughout the meal. I was also offered more bread after I ate it all. I politely declined the second basket LOL. The service was phenomenal, the food delectable, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Emma's Cafe and I'll definitely be back.
i was today years old when i discovered this spot and i love it! the salmon was delicious, the salad was perfect! the lady on the phone who took my order was kind, warm and welcoming.. this place is a diamond in the rough on frankford ave! i will be telling all my friends! thank you Emma's Cafe and Restaurant for making my day! <3
Great place. Homemade always fresh food. Sunday through Thursday they have 25.00 three course meal which is worth it. I only gave 4 stars because it is never a comfortable temperature in the restaurant. In the winter it is cold and summer it is always too hot.
Delicious little hole in the wall that doesnt really look like much from the outside, but walk in and give Emma a chance. You wont be disappointed...
Family friendly, affordable and conveniently located BYOB spot in Northeast Philly (just outside Center City Philadelphia). Decor is a bit dated, but truly delicious Italian dinners and desserts make Emma's Cafe well worth the visit.
Wow, this place is great! Hospitable host and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and mouth-watering. Being there for the first time I had a salmon and cheesecake for dessert -they were both delicious and well presented. A great place to take your significant other on a date as the dining room is cozy with red table linens. The only down is that there is very little to none parking. The restaurant has street parking only, which should not stop anyone from trying it.
I love Emma's! My name is Dominic and I recently discovered this Italian restaurant on a family outing and I have to say I have been addicted to the food. The Seafood Pasta is flawless and the Chicken Marsala impressed me especially since I have such high standards for that dish. The waitresses are always on top of everything and are so helpful. The menu is super flexible and they even do special orders. The owners always come out and say hello and it really goes to show how proud they are of their food and business. It's only been 6 months since I have first visited and I think I will be returning frequently for the rest of my life :D
Delishhhh!! The outside does not do much for the restaurant. The eggplant parm appetizer was so tasty. I had the homemade meatball as my entree which was really good as well. The portions are good. The bread, the serve, and the price were all PERFECT. I am upset I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you you will not be disappointed!

I ordered Togo tonight it was a rare find. It looked very nice on the inside. The food was amazingly delicious and was well portioned. I will most definitely be eating there again and dine in next time!
