Came here to celebrate a birthday and it’s was really a great meal. We started out with a couple drinks and sushi as an appetizer, we also tried the spicy tuna crispy rice. Both were very good. For our meal with had the surf and turf special which was amazing. For dessert I had the signature sundae, and it was great. Overall the food was extremely delicious. The service was good and the views and the atmosphere were amazing. Not too many times you can go have a fine dining experience while also being on a boat. It was really a great time. I highly recommend checking this spot out.
Celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday aboard this historic ship was an ideal choice for our family's Sunday brunch. The ambiance, service, food, and drinks were all impeccable. We will definitely be back!
We Had dinner great atmosphere great food great service. If I had a complaint it would be parking. You shouldn’t have to pay $20 to park to be able to eat . The restaurant should work something out for their customers. Not necessarily free but , something off
The Moshulu was the first venue we looked at and we instantly fell in love and knew it was where we wanted to host our wedding reception. First, the ship is absolutely stunning and we knew it would give such a unique experience to our guests. Because it has such charm and character, we were able to focus on key details like centerpieces and signage rather than needing to worry about dressing a blank space! But more importantly, we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding because of how well we were treated by the Moshulu staff during every single interaction from our first tour until the big day! Jake was the absolute best to work with through everything! We found many other venues stick to a “cookie cutter” approach or up charge for every little thing… but as a vendor, the Moshulu was so incredibly flexible, collaborative, and accommodating with their wedding package to truly make it OUR day. It was such a pleasure to collaborate (and we really do mean collaborate!) with Jake and team on our vision, and our guests commented on the beauty of the ship all night long! We would highly recommend anyone host their event at the Moshulu!
This was my second time here, the first time we ended up only doing cocktails on the deck. Our server was so lovely, and the manager entertained our discussion of boats. The food was good, and the atmosphere really cannot be beat. Will certainly be returning. This is a great spot even for some cocktails and apps before going out.
Great meal at Moshulu. Robert our server took very good care of us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing…we sat outside on the deck. I took one star off because of the bartender at the inside bar. She was sending the wrong vibes while we waited for our table outside.
Nice! I had a great brunch! The Black Sparrow Mule was a perfect end-of-summer drink. The Crab and Spinach Dip was just right though it does need additional tortilla chips. The truffle fries could be a little crisper and the cheese plate is just OK. For $29 the Lobster Omelette is good enough; it’s not memorable, and neither are the Pecan Sticky Buns. The Ricotta Donuts are great! The $20 parking is very convenient. Even with a reservation, the host needed a couple minutes to set-up the table, we had arrived with 7 people exactly at the reservation time. There were plenty of open tables and the parking lot was a 1/4 full. Food service was also fine, not rushed or overbearing. It was a gorgeous day and after brunch we were able to visit the top deck and take pictures. It seems the boat wheel and mast area is decorated. The menus and specific places tell the history of the ship. Overall a good experience though I’m not likely going to return.
The best restaurant I have ever visited by far! The experience of being on the ship was the best part and made it wonderful. We were immediately greeted upon walking in by two lovely hosts and as she took us to our table, she engaged in a friendly conversation. We were greeted immediately by our waitress and she was right on throughout our entire experience. Management even checked in on every table here and there to make sure everything was alright! It was very welcoming and viewing the river was a nice touch. The bathrooms were very clean.
I had the swordfish, which was great. My wife had a cheeseburger which was decent at best, however this place isn't known for cheeseburgers obviously so no complaint there. The other couple got a steak and crab cake meal. They were both pleased. Service was great, food was great, and view was great.
Tatiana was great. The atmosphere was unmatched. What a beautiful view. We had reservations at 6:30 pm and were seated right away. This isn't just a wonderful meal it's an experience as well.
