I gave it five stars only because the service has improved greatly! There was a minor hiccup the ranch dip was missing in a happy meal.
But this store used to have the worst wait times and customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve left a few bad reviews so today I received excellent service the young man who took the order was so helpful and wore a smile and efficient! We sat down and waited for our food with a the expectation of it taking a long time and within a two minutes they brought out all four meals. I noticed a new gentleman who I assume was the manager ( wearing a tie) working hard motivating his crew, so Great job dude! This customer noticed the improvement.

This place is so busy most of the time because of its location in Falcon not many other fast food places around.
Usually I will drive into town if I have the kids because they want a play land.
Improve the lobby , it’s outdated , and put a playland in!
You will quite a bit more families coming in,
thus speeding up your drive through lane

Can't say much about McDonald's. It gets the job done, it's not the most healthy, but when you're in a rush or you don't want to cook, what better place than McDonald's. You can even use your mobile app and get a bunch of discounts for a lot more food , and you can feed you and the family for a good price. This McDonald's is also normally pretty fast and pretty accurate, which is really helpful.
Melissa, the manager, is super sweet. She fixed something that was our fault and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. And she was kind to my kiddos which gives her an extra bonus in my book. Thank you Melissa. (Also, sorry my husband was grumpy).
This McDonald's used to have terrible customer service, got orders incorrect most of the time, and the food was not wonderful either. The last few months they have really gotten it together! Best McDonalds food in the US that I've had in a long time! Customer service and wait times have been excellent as well! Not sure what happened BUT they turned it around quickly!
