The cheaper fish and fish sandwiches can be hit or miss at times, "but that lemon 🍋 pepper salmon that was recommended by the short petite lady that tells herself she makes the best tea in the world is 🔥
It has the quality of most over priced restaurants if not better than some.
The food was surprisingly fast! I never think about eating here because I get stuck in a loop eating at McD and subway. I wanted something different and noticed Captain Ds. Place was super clean, smelled good, and food was perfect. I’m not exaggerating. Nothing overcooked or warmed up. They did a good job on my first visit. Support good Buisness like this, we need them!
I had the tilapia fish and my grandson had the shrimp. Both meals were fresh and tasted great. The tilapia usually has more seasoning, it lacked salt but this is the first time this happened. Usually the meal are always very appetizing.
The girl that took my order was very friendly and so was the lady Cook.

The manager Vinny is FANTASTIC!!! HE fixed a problem I had with the fairfield location about my uncooked food.He was very professional and informative the Davis location will definitely get my business from now on. Thanks again Vinny
They need help my the man was amazing he kept his cool even tho he had an unruly customer and even managed toale the same customer very happy
The food at captain d's is great. Although I feel a bit overpriced for what it is. This particular D's is great about hot and fresh. The food is consistent. The service is fast and friendly. I don't like the entry point...it's a weird split and feels a bit claustrophobic and crowded at the entrance.... maybe I'll just use drive through....

Food and service was good but prices have skyrocketed. I would have stayed home and made some steaks as it would been cheaper.
