Best smoothie around. Jamaican Jerk Bowl is great. A good place for quick lunch and not greasy fast food.

My smoothie was good (Cranberry Truffle) I asked for extra coconut but I couldn’t taste it that much. The smoothie tasted like Sweet Tarts.

Fast service, friendly staff members and very clean. We had a large order for our family and they did an excellent job with all the smoothies and wraps. Ideally for breakfast if you between base and the beach in Pensacola.
Absolutely loved the Watermelon Strawberry Mojito. I replaced the mint with Kiwi for a more exotic flavor. Phenomenal! When u download the app, you get a free drink after ur first purchase.
They have good smoothies. I also really like their jerk chicken wrap & their sweet potato side.

From the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by the most energetic, intensely polite young lady. She conversed with me while I looked over the menu. My food, my smoothie were once again out of this world!
This is a great Tropical Smoothie Cafe!! Smoothies and service is always consistent. I have been a patron for 8+ years. The staff is also extremely friendly. They assisted me in locating my wallet -- their manager made an extra trip to come in and assist.
Completely blown away by the amazing service and delicious foods! I was not aware that TSC carried meat substitute for their wraps and salads! This is a game changer for me! Wraps and salads and smoothies (of course) are delicious and always made fresh!

Normally the food here is great, but the last time I went here, I got a to go order and got a Baja CHICKEN wrap with a smoothie, I was halfway through eating it by the time I realized the wrap had no chicken in it.
I drove 30 mins through an accident to get back home to open the wrap to find that. I thought I would call the store, they would be understanding and comp the meal. Yeah, no. The manager wanted me to drive the wrap in question back to the store to show her that it had no chicken.
Guys, I love the food but the customer service was unacceptable. I paid 8 dollars for a lettuce wrap.
UPDATE: The operations manager called me the next morning and asked a few questions about the wrap and we got the issue resolved. He said it seems like they must have just mixed up my wrap with someone else’s or made a very similar wrap. Raised the rating from one to four stars.
